- VRVictoria Reynoso4 days ago5.0Five stars all because of the wonderful Princess! She is literally a Queen and is the only reason I booked here based on all of the amazing reviews on her. She didn't even know how everyone raves about her! She was welcoming, accommodating and was able to resolve any issues incredibly quick and with a positive attitude and a smile. Overall, the location is central. Only a few minutes to downtown. Bummer that they charge $10 for parking but the free breakfast and laundry makes up for that. This is a long term stay hotel so it definitely shows the wear and tear but if your only there for a night or two, its well worth the stay just to be close to downtown and have a beautiful breakfast. But, like I said it was Princess that made the stay worthwhile 100%. Staybridge Suites needs to seriously give her a MAJOR RAISE and consider moving her up to corporate and have her travel to all of their hotels to show them how customer service is done! This is probably my 1st hotel review and its well deserved. Thank you Princess! - Victoria

From decorating the room where his face lit up when we walked in to giving us a fun recommendation of something to do quick that day went over to the pier had a splash pad playground and great restaurants to eat at. This hotel was clean and every staff member was so friendly .highly recommended for anyone staying in the area!

We really enjoyed the free hot breakfast with so many choices available. Our room with a kitchen was very clean and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to stay here again.
