Honestly, it served its purpose. It was clean and we slept there. The area is absolutely garbage. A man stopped my teenage daughter as she was lagging behind me in the lobby and informed her that he had a girl outside who must've done some bad drugs or something and is really freaking out, wanted advice on what they should do so she doesn't get arrested. Which is weird, because we had spent nearly an hour outside waiting for food just prior to this and we did not hear any disturbance of the sort. I know that many work vans are the transit-style these days but the sheer amount of them in one area was off-putting especially since there were some in the parking lot at 8-9pm who just sat in the vans and never got out. It is located very close to a strip joint and there is a bar inside the hotel, do with that what you will. The pool and hot tub area looked very nice. Unfortunately, they all close at 10pm so we did not get to visit them since our dinner was so late. This does not reflect on the hotel, just the area and atmosphere, but we ordered pizza hut to the hotel (4miles distance from the hotel) at 9pm. The delivery driver called 4x by 10pm looking for the location of the hotel again, despite us standing outside waiting for them. It never did arrive and we had to go get it after asking them to remake it. This was by far the most chaotic night of our entire vacation.

Absolutely fantastic experience staying here! Shout out to Tiffany at the front desk! She was really great at accommodating our needs upon arrival and making us feel comfortable. Also Emilio for his hospitality and kindness! Howard was very personable and made sure we knew he was available if there was anything that we needed! Lastly the bar tenders Shannon and Kyle were very friendly and personable. Definitely would recommend staying here! Close to a lot of things to do as well! Overall saved our trip from the first place we had booked.. Thank you to all of the staff here at the Holiday Inn!

Stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament. They were not prepared for the amount of teams staying there. Reservations were a disaster, but to be fair, that may have been a result of the 3rd party that hosted the reservations. The front desk staff did help out quite a bit with figuring out our reservation situation. However, there was confusion on breakfast if it was supposed to be free or not. The staff didn't know if coupons were needed or if it was free. We were told it was, but then we were told it was $15 /person for breakfast. It was basic items, but it was a buffet. Towels were an issue. We had to beg for extra towels. We got two for a family of four. One night we asked, were told they didn't have any. The next night, they said they would have some in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, we finally got some. There were no blankets or sheets for the trundle for our kids. When I asked the front desk, the worker said ee could get sheets, but couldn't guarantee blankets. At first, I couldn't tell if it was annoyance or frustration in her voice. When she brought them up, I could clearly tell it was annoyance. There were multiple reports of issues getting toilet paper. We ran out, and again, annoyance in being asked. They brought one roll. Others were flat out told they didn't have any. The AC didn't work in our room, but maintenance came and got it fixed right away. The clock didn't work in our room. We had no ice bucket. The stopper for the tub was completely out. It was fairly clean, but if I didn't have to stay there, I probably wouldn't have.

How can this be a 3-star hotel? On my previous stays at Holiday Inn hotels we had modern rooms, complimentary breakfast, all in great neighborhoods. This hotel overcharges for a mediocre breakfast; the hotel is outdated, rooms are poorly insulated, and the area appears to be seedy. If you can afford a better hotel, do not stay in this one.

This place is a run down hotel.Very dirty, a person walk to my room with the same key number, the tub didn't drain. My advice spend a little more money and go somewhere else. I don't think they made my bed.
