The heater didn't work (needed a new coil per maintenance guy(he did bring additional blanket) These desk clerks not were at all friendly nor accommodating, don't think they've heard of thank you & you're welcome. Different days depending on who's at the desk seems to determine the amount of drinks per room for "complimentary" drinks, room phone didn't work. Definitely won't be staying here again while trying to decide whether or not to continue using any holiday Inns.

The new general manager, Zeek is the best manager I have seen and I stay in hotels monthly for work. He is doing a great job and actually cares. He goes and meets guests during breakfast asks to take their trash and really wants to know how their stay is. Very nice young man. Other staff like Amanda and Vicky are very kind and great with their service
- SLSavita LallNov 29, 20255.0We stayed just one night, passing through but we were impressed. Our room was modern and clean. The included breakfast had so much to choose from and everything was delicious. Very close to downtown St. Petersburg and skyway bridge. Will definitely stay here again.
