Once we booked the room we realized that there was a no pet policy, I asked Vicki at the front desk if I could have a pillow and a blanket for my brother to sleep in the van with his dog. Vicki very kindly allowed us to bring his dog in the room for the night. Vicki went over and beyond for my family and I will forever be so thankful. Sometimes you realize there are still good people in this world even in the darkest days.

Amanda at the front desk is just wonderful. What a great personality, friendly, and very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better greeting when I walked into the hotel. As a diamond elite member I prefer a friendly staff upon arrival and a hotel that is clean and fresh. This was spot on. Kudos to Amanda for her professional domenor. I will be back for sure.
