Hotel looks nice, but sound isolation doesn't exist. Breakfast wait was over 40 minutes. For scrambled eggs with bacon... This should be served in minutes. Breakfast is cooked to order, but it does not have options. Eggs only scrambled, no options or substitutions no veggies. Why it's cooked to order then? Might as well make it a buffet. The server and staff were very helpful and beyond reproach, but the way breakfast is planned by the hotel definitely needs improvement

We had a delightful overnight stay at this charming hotel. It’s conveniently located near the main area, and parking was easy. I traveled with my two young daughters to Savannah and made a stop in St. Augustine along the way. The hotel is within walking distance of the main area, making it a pleasant stroll. There’s also a newly opened roller skating rink next door that my 7-year-old and 1-year-old absolutely loved, declaring it the highlight of our entire trip.

While claiming to be an IHG member hotel, the management failed to honor a reservation for my wife, daughter and grandchild. Their excuse was that since I made the reservation, I needed to be there, even though the room was an IHG reward stay. We all share the same last name and my wife, and I share the same IHG credit card. A call from IHG Customer Service Mgmt. explaining their position, failed to sway the hotel management at the front desk. If this is the hotels attitude on customer service, stay far away from here. The management would have accepted cash for a walk in booking, as they only had six cars in their parking lot and had space, but my family ended up at a competitor down the road. I have been a member of Holiday Inn rewards, now IHG, for forty years and have never had a situation such this one.

This is my second time staying at Voco. Great hotel to stay in Saint Augustine. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and it’s within walking distance of the main attractions. We are a family of 5, including a baby, and we slept comfortably in two beds and a crib, a little tight, but manageable. The pool is heated, which is very nice. Parking is $10 per day. I didn’t use the WiFi, but AT&T coverage is great. The first floor is dog-friendly, but the second floor doesn’t allow dogs. I’m allergic to most dogs and didn’t have an issue on the first floor. I only found this out afterward by asking the front desk, since during my first stay I don’t recall seeing any animals. Overall, it’s worth the price you pay.

Unfortunately only stayed one night here as a pit stop back to NC. Just like other reviews staff was awesome! Kate was super helpful and kind when we showed up late. Breakfast ladies were absolutely lovely. Very clean hotel and perfect location!!! We are already planning our trip to come back for a vacation trip to see the city as it’s walking distance to everything!
