  This Hotel DOES NOT meet ADA compliance. This Hotel will illegally charge your card. This Hotel has staff that will argue, cuss at you and lie. If this hotel doesn’t believe any of this, they can see ALL of the videos as we continue to post them to social media. This was by far the most insulting and disgusting experience we’ve ever had traveling. If anyone in your family is disabled, PLEASE PLEASE CONFIRM they have a 1st floor room. The ELEVATORS HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR MONTHS. BETTER YET, Stay elsewhere and do not support this business until they fix these horrible issues. (Many more in the videos) TIK TOK - The Salty Flippers if you’d like to SEE AND HEAR how this establishment treated us and put us in a bad position. CORPORATE AND BBB are being notified, as well as emails being sent to several Disability groups. Shame on Holiday Inn… Thank you for making a family emergency trip even worse.

  Update: Been 3 days, management STILL hasn’t reached out to correct this issue, and the employee that charged us illegally is arguing on our TikTok about it! Reserved our room online, only to get here at 11pm to find out the elevators are down and they are trying to place my 100% disabled veteran husband in a handicap room on the third floor. Had a conversation with the night attendant about us looking for another hotel, she agreed and then immediately authorized our card for almost $500 leaving us stuck and laughed about it while telling us she did it after agreeing to let us check for another hotel. The handicap room was in fact not fully accessible. The wheelchair can’t fit between the front door and bathroom door to get out into the rest of the room. Horrible design and worse employees. The attendant promised us the manager Tracy would be reaching out the next morning and would be in before 7. We postponed going back to the hospital for 2 hours to meet with Tracy and to get this taken care of. It’s now been 48 hours, no one has reached out, and Tracy never happened to be at work like we were told MULTIPLE times. I have over 20 minutes of ridiculous footage from this hotel and I will be sharing it across ALL platforms of social media.

  Updating review as I posted this as soon as we were checked in and coffee in hand…. Original review: Staff very friendly. Hotel is clean.Love that they have free coffee/tea machine in lobby! Same as above except should point out that the Lobby and hallways were clean. The room was not the best for cleanliness. Chair in the room has large stain. Shower did not get hot until last 30-45 seconds of shower. Lotion provided on wall in bathroom has been refilled with water I assume. It was pure liquid. Two of the pillows smelled like Red Bull 🤮 So, I hate to give bad reviews but for the money this was not worth it. The elevator is broken also. Which I realize is out of their control. They did offer for us to cancel for free. But no discount to stay. Lol! Not really the kind of place we are used to staying at with this hotel brand.

  I received an text from the hotel THE DAY OF stay saying the elevator was broken and I could cancel inn lieu of a discount. I had the room booked for over a month the offer was a joke! Front desk was friendly and fast with check in. The room had hair from previous guest on bathroom counter and shower walls! Bed also had hair in it! I suspect sheets were NOT changed and just the bed remade to look like it! The rug was sticky and had gunk on it
