Bc of this weirdo i had to have my company stop booking rooms at this location. Id rather not deal with arrogant ignorant bitter ppl when all im trying to do is get rest. Ive already wrote a letter to corporate and will be speaking to Mr Patel- the owner about her inability to be professional. She was literally at the front desk being belligerent and using narcissistic tactics into gas lighting me in front of other customers. Good thing i know how to handle a fool. Will NEVER be staying at this hotel again and my employer was informed to never do business with them soley bc of her.
