When asked if I could move rooms, the employee said they were everywhere and if I tried to stay at another hotel they would probably be there too. When asked if there would be any type of compensation since the problem was known and not disclosed, they said maybe but no guarantee. Do not stay here.
- JFJanai FrohmannNov 15, 20251.0Unbelievably rude staff, Kelly front desk and Anna the person who sets up the breakfast literally refused to allow us to grab the CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, because “they were told they were making bags of food to go for the group” mind you the bags of breakfasts were for several groups FOR THE KIDS competing in a competition. WE were in our military uniforms and yet they continued to refuse to our face to allow us to get the hot breakfast. It was by far the worst customer service we have experienced. Instead of handling the miscommunication in-house they continued to shame us for wanting and getting the hot breakfast. Their GM Chris Garcia I believe should retrain his entire staff. What is worse is again we are military veterans & Hilton Honors members. Levi the evening prior was a gem.
