  This is a great hotel. It is well managed and maintained. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean. The location is safe. The amenities and customer service is awesome. I will return.

  The service was below average due to the fact they gave us the keys and sent us to a room that was already occupied. We accidentally walked in on a couple. Thankfully fully clothed! However, it was very embarrassing and awkward for both families. Thankfully, the hotel staff met us at the elevator on ground floor to give us the correct key and room number. The hotel is really old and needs remodeling. The location is excellent for those going to Silver Springs as it's just aroumd the block. The breakfast was average, but was just enough for us.

  staying here while house hunting nearby. everyone who works here have been super friendly and very accommodating. especially with any needs or issues. would come back for sure

  I would stay here again. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Great towels and pillows. Perfectly located close to Silver Springs and the terrific Appleton Museum. Easy access to Ocalalalala downtown. Recommended. Probably the best Holiday Inn in the area. Constructive comment: have bath mats available as an option as tub is slippery and older persons might slip in it.

  Right next to silver springs! Comfortable king size bed. Room was very nice. Jacuzzi tub had a fixture problem that we asked to be fixed and told no can do. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Went there for a wedding at pinehaven ranch.
