- IIIreviewOct 7, 20255.0Wow. Wow. Wow. This has to be the best treatment we have ever received at a hotel or motel. We came in tired and sunburned from Universal Studios around 11:30PM. I was greeted by Jana, who was so pleasant and helpful, we felt like VIPs. The room was what I expected from a holiday inn express. Clean, roomie, and homie:) We slept like babies until around 9AM. We waddled down the hall to the elevator and made it downstairs. To a very warm greeting and directions to breakfast from Victoria. The breakfast was great and they had lots of options. I did not get the name of the woman tending to the breakfast area but she was WONDERFUL and friendly. Again this was like staying at a five star hotel. I wish all hotel stays were this pleasant. Thank you all😁

I’ve stayed here multiple times and Jay at the front desk is the best. He’s professional, kind and efficient. In a world where customer service is often hit or miss, this location and Jay are always delivering a high-level experience.
