When we checked in and got to our room, the smell of urine and wet dog was so overwhelming it was nauseating. The gentleman at the desk was very apologetic and gave us a different room but had mentioned this was not his first complaint about smells. When we got to the next room (on a different floor), we opened the door and all you could smell was a strong odor of mold and mildew. My son has severe asthma and staying anywhere with mold like that could land him in the hospital. We went back to the front desk and explained the situation. We ended up having to find a different hotel to stay at.
