  Very nice suite for our family of 6, roomy, comfortable and clean. Perfect location near restaurants/bars. Comp breakfast was delicious.

  It was great but the room wasn’t ready when we got there around 3 had to wait till 4 to check in. Staff is super nice they accommodated a late checkout with no charge. Definitely coming back

  I have to start out by saying this was a quick trip, we were in town for my Aunts Birthday and only stayed one night. I love Sebastian, my parents use to live in this area do things were familiar too me. When we arrived at 2:15 pm they let us check in early ( during booking I requested early check in) so glad as I was with my Mom who is 82 and even though we traveled from Bradenton it still was a long ride for her. Our room was on the first floor which I loved.. room was very nice we had a 2 Queen Bed Suite. Room was very spacious and VERY clean ( no weird smells) which I was concerned due to it being a pet friendly hotel. It’s not as big as most hotels I gave stayed in but the cozy warm atmosphere felt very welcoming. The Beds were COMFORTABLE and pillows were just right. Room was your basic with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker … which I didn’t use because they had delicious coffee in the lobby area. The sitting area was very nice and I lived their was a TV in that area as well as in bedroom ( I did have trouble connecting my streaming services but they had a fair amount of channels to suffice). Breakfast was standard but hot with choices. The menu on Sunday was Sausage Pattes and Individual flat eggs. Breakfast bar had the normal of Waffle Maker, various hot and cold cereals, yougurt and juices. The Best part of the buffet was the young lady who worked that area… She was SUPERB, she took the time to come to each table to see if we needed anything. She kept the area Immaculate, she actually made Breakfast Time the BEST! Check out was easy but my late check out was not honored… ( I ask ahead of time when booking..it makes it easier when I travel with my Mom). So would I stay again … I probably would when visiting friends and family in the local area.

  The staff here is amazing, especially the woman who runs the breakfast. She's on the ball, super sweet, and cleans/restocks stuff better & faster than I've seen in super high end hotels. The breakfast is better than other hotels at the same price point.

  We had a lovely time staying the BW. The location was convenient and near everything. It’s about 15-20 minutes away Cleveland Clinic depending on traffic. We had a first floor room near the back door which was convenient when exiting the building upon checking out and easily unloading our luggage It was quiet and peaceful. We had a recently renovated room that was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very GOOD, buffet style You can eat as much or as little as you like 👍 (Example - could make your own waffles with fruit, cereal, eggs, coffee , different kinds of juices to choose from) I read the other reviews and comments, this was our experience and feedback
