  Brand new hotel. Only been open for 2 months. They have changed the layout of rooms but very nice. They forgot to run dishwasher so dirty dishes. No clean forks for us to eat. Went down to desk and got utensils. Ice maker in refrigerator was not turned on so there was no ice. Had to go down and get that. Really nice bathroom with big shower and they had Dove shampoo, Conditioner with body soap. Breakfast was good too! They also gave me 100 points rewards.

  I will describe my stay with my family at this beautiful hotel as PERFECT and give a rate of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and +. My family and I were greeted as soon as we walked inside I always say the 1st impression of a place is on the hands of the 1st staff member who sees you and she did amazing Mrs.Twinkle the front desk lady was profesional, caring and fast with the check in process which I waited 0 time, she answered all my questions and we went upstairs to our 2 bedroom suites that left us impress because it was the size of a 2 bed apt it was so big we were like wao. I'm always visiting the beautiful beaches of this area and thanks to the wonderful experience of our stay here I will choose this hotel for my future stays. Thank you Staybridge Staff you made us feel like home. We'll be back.

  As a content creator who just moved from New York to Florida I can say as a stay for the first time here in FL it’s been an amazing stay! As we celebrated my sisters birthday I can say this was great! The service to make us feel welcome was very appreciated! The breakfast was amazing as well, workers kept everything clean & well maintained. Last night we enjoyed the outdoor area & they had the tv on, we talked outside & laughed as a family, it was so much fun. Everything about our stay has been amazing, the room was spacious, VERY SPACIOUS! If you’re also someone who workouts, they have nice gym & a nice pool as well! Thank you again! I’ve also noticed how you have SO MANY places to go if needing your hair done, nails done, groceries, or any necessities needed for your stay. Enjoy!

  I’ve been surprised with a great 30th birthday hotel stay by my family, Rosa Martinez. But honestly calling it a hotel is minimizing the quality of everything here! This is a resort, a home away from home and beyond any expectations I had in mind. Upon arrival the IHG team and Ms.Twinkle made us feel welcomed, accommodated and well introduced to the property. Inside was so well designed sitting areas for guests comfort and a pool with grill and volleyball court. Getting to the room was easy on the second floor. The layout for the room was phenomenal. Every detail of a guests needs thought out in their hotel. The rooms are spacious along with beautiful walkin showers, a kitchen to die for with a dishwasher a full fridge and in addition stocked cutlery. This property is nearby to beach within minutes and local mall within minutes. This will be a 5 star stay With the way this place is I’m looking forward to breakfast tomorrow!   Name and reservation got wrong. mixed up with some other name. My confirmation number was the same, same goes to the other couple I was with upon check-in. wasn’t able to stay here, reservation never got resolved. The travel agency called them and the receptionist just argued with them. Another Guest was also give a key card to a Booked room, she walked in on the other guests room while they were sleeping. crazy experience in one night. wasn’t even given an apology or anything. I didn’t do a back and forth with the receptionist, i let the travel agency handle it. shout out to Taylor from the travel agency who helped me.
