  Really nice. Will be staying again. Only choosing holiday inn Express from here on out. Really clean, nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Awesome pool. The best desk workers! So nice!

  Booked 2 rooms for our family vacation during spring break, right off the start we were greeted with friendly service, the whole staff was amazing to our family of 7 . The lady who runs the morning breakfast was very helpful to our handicap mother and very kind to our kids and Ray on night shift was fantastic, he talked with us every night to make sure we were enjoying our trip, the rooms were very clean and the beds are comfortable, not sure about some of the other reviews on here because our stay was absolutely a 5 star . Thank you guys for making our trip memorable and we will definitely be back.

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sarasota East - I-75. The condition of this hotel is unacceptable, especially for what I paid. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — the tub was molded and rusty, and the entire space looked unsanitary. Nothing felt clean. The room itself is very outdated and poorly maintained, which only made the experience worse. It honestly felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. What made this even more frustrating is that when I raised concerns, I was not offered a new room or any resolution. For over $800 for three nights, I expected at the very least a clean and properly maintained space. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The conditions are unacceptable — I wouldn’t even feel comfortable letting my dog bathe in that bathroom.

  Never again will I stay here after a long drive me and my family arrive to the hotel we check in and go to are room we begin to put are stuff down and we decide to change and go to the beach the moment I walked into the bath room turn around and instantly seen two red orange brown dots in the tub I instantly call my boyfriend to come check it out I don’t know weather it was dried up blood or rust in that tub and the closer you look it looked like there was a very light red stain like it’s been there for a while and what ever it was it was very unsettling then my boyfriend then grabs not one but two little towels they had there and they both were stained and dirty I turned to him and was like absolutely not we are going to change rooms I can’t do this and I was ready to go home at this point so I go to the front desk explain what happened and showed them the pictures I took they said they were sorry and then checked me into a different room now when I get to that room as soon as I walked in I felt like I was outside this room was so hot they literally had the ac off now after I went to turn it on I begin to inspect the room at this point everything seems fine then I go into the bathroom again and it seems to me as if some one just recently checked out because that shower was wet and recently used and I’m like you know what that’s fine everything was fine in the room no big deal at least it was clean And not like the last room so that next morning we get up leave the hotel go to the beach then come back to the hotel and went straight to the pool we didn’t go back to the room yet after we were done at the pool the same people who checked me in the day before watched me and my family walk by and go to the room and when we got there are room keys didn’t work so I then go back down and went to the front deck and told them what happened the Key are working and they proceeded to tell me oh your stay was only until today and I looked at the guy flabbergasted I’m like excuse me no there is not way I booked this hotel for 3 days 2 nights there has to be something wrong then I start pulling up my confirmation and it siad exactly what i booked the 3 days 2 nights and they both start looking in there computer trying to figure it out I give them all my information and they start giving me random names I’m like no that’s not me I told them again what name it was under and I gave them my phone so they can see my confirmation number and I explain to them as well are stuff is in there so I hope that it was not moved since they said we were supposed to not be there then the guy proceeded to tell me no everything is in there and I’m like what so to me it seems like you know what was going on and when we passed Yall coming from the pool you just sat there and watched us and didn’t think oh let me get there attention and fix this no you wait till I waste my time going upstairs then back down to address the issue like what no so then they fix the issue with the keys I go back to my room and now it’s like 10:58 pm almost 11pm at night and some one from the front desk comes nocking at are door more than once wake up ever one in the room and when we get to the door he is gone this literally pissed me off so much there should be no reason other than an emergency that you literally go upstairs to a guest room and nock on there door late and then leave that absolutely unacceptable. I then literally called the front desk on the room phone 3 times before some one answered and told them some one was nocking on are door and there were like oh so sorry that was my co worker they were supposed to go to that room sorry for the mix up I literally hung up that phone so fast like what do you mean so sorry like bruh at this point I’m overly done with this place i couldn’t wait to leave and this morning we checked out and was ready to go and when i was checking out she had a issue as well and i told her yea we know yall had a mess up in your system then gave her the information and left and this lady had the most fake sympathy ever never again visit here
