  Very disappointing experience. The room smelled extremely bad and was clearly not as shown in the photos. The place was very small, old, and honestly felt more like a poorly maintained motel than a hotel. Because of the conditions, I had to change my vacation plans and checked out early. When I contacted the property and the reservation platform, they told me I had to speak with the manager, but no one actually took responsibility or followed up. I was basically brushed off. No solution was offered, no refund was processed, and my money was completely wasted. This experience caused stress and ruined part of my trip. I would not recommend this place. The reality is very different from what is advertised

  We had a small issue with our room that required moving to another room. Staff handled the issue very quickly and were super helpful. What could have delayed beach time was minor a 5 min hiccup. Breakfast bar was great!

  People should read the reviews on yelp too before booking this place. I was there for 11 nights on a work trip. The location was great for work and restaurants were close by. The staff were amazing, very professional and went above and beyond. This is a motel, an old motel. If it weren't for the staff I would be giving this a one star rating. I did not feel safe here. My door opened onto the back parking lot. Also, behind my car in the same parking lot was the rear of a bar/restaurant. In the room, there was no chair at the desk, they only provided a pouf. The staff brought me a chair from the dining area. The room didn't have a coffee maker or microwave so in the morning, you had to get dressed, go outside of your room in the dark in the outside corridor to get coffee or breakfast. For me, this was scary, anyone could have snatched me into their room while going to get coffee. Not a safe place for a single woman. The air conditioner was loud, & the refrigerator made noises that woke me up in the middle of the night. I was there for two weekends during my stay. On both weekends, I had to call the front desk because couples were fighting. The second weekend, I had to call the front desk twice and threaten to call the police after I heard someone being thrown into some furniture. I have to say, the staff were on it ASAP - I didn't hear anymore fighting, they took care of it. At 5:30am on my last day there, I opened the door to the lobby and a man with bare feet, pants, and no shirt came running out of the men's bathroom and ran outside. I told the guy at the front desk and he ran off after the shirtless man but didn't find him. After this happened the man at the front desk walked with me to my room to get my suitcase and walked with me downstairs to my car. He even put my suitcase in my car for me! The staff at this motel are some of the best I have encountered in my 7 years of traveling for work and staying in hotels. I don't know where they get their customer service skills, I would hire them to work for me. They go above and beyond. I would not recommend this place to a group of women, young or old, or a single female.

  Estuvo bien. Pero el cuarto olía mal. Queríamos toallas y se habían acabado. Queríamos agua y se había acabado. No nos dieron opciones. El desayuno si estuvo bueno, pero cuando le pedimos a la srta hielo, luego de pensar un buen rato, nos dijo que en el pasillo podríamos encontrar.

  We just got back from Christmas vacation in Siesta Key. We stayed at Spark by Hilton and it was all around great trip. The hotel was clean, breakfast was yummy and the staff was very friendly. It was nice being so close to the beach and the hotel even had a shuttle. Would highly recommend! Shout out to Allison for being wonderful and helpful. Will be staying here again.
