  We stayed at this Homewood Suites for 6 nites while attending a bridge tournament a couple miles away at the Robards Center. What a terrific experience we had. Usually I get homesick when I stay in a hotel for several nites, but I felt right at home in both our nice room and each morning at breakfast. Kathleen is the heart and soul of the property. She is the kitchen host extraordinaire! What positive living energy she has. A bountiful, delicious and thoughtful spread Kathleen puts out. The best I’ve ever experienced. Boy, does she buzz around keeping everything filled and kept tidy. AND she also makes you feel good. Always a nice hello and quick fun chat. When it gets very busy with many patrons, I couldn’t help but notice the other hotel employees jump in and help out like Tara and even Willie ( who I think does maintenance) One very busy morning, I spotted Willie reach down and picked up a little penny sized scrap of paper in the breakfast area. Impressive. Anyway, I want this glowing review to be a heartfelt thanks for a job well done. The front desk team was also very welcoming and dedicated. Margo

  Las habitaciones son cómodas pero la primer noche cuando llegamos cansados para relajarnos en nuestra habitación nos encontramos con que el cuarto no estaba echo, fuimos a recepción y allí nos informaron que los cuartos se hacían día por medio. La verdad nunca en muchos años que viajo me paso que en un hotel de esta categoría no hagan los cuartos todos los dias

  The rooms were very disappointing. The room smelled like cigarettes, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the beds were extremely small, and the wallpaper was already peeling. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. On the positive side, the fitness room, breakfast, and pool were good. Breakfast had a decent variety to choose from, which I appreciated. However, since comfort and room quality are the most important parts of a hotel stay, these issues outweighed the positives. For that reason, I’m giving this hotel a 2-star rating. (Not worth its money) And forgot to add there were cockroaches inside the room.

  Excelente servicio, de la comida, limpieza, trato del personal que siempre está atento con nosotros los húespedes, las áreas comunes impecables, cero basura acumulada y el trabajo del personal Hauseman es impecable con todos nosotros los huéspedes....felicidsdrd@

  Kathleen, the breakfast manager at Hilton Homewood Suites, was absolutely amazing. She greeted every guest like an old friend and kept the morning running smoother than fresh coffee. The food was fantastic, the area spotless, and her positive energy set the tone for the whole day. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly cares about people, not just the job. Hilton is lucky to have her, she made my stay feel like home.
