HOWEVER upon checking in i had issues with my door the rudest maintenance guy (tall white guy) came to help and by help he was obviously irritated and just rude i think he might have forgot people spend money to stay places that are nice told me that it is user error and that i could have got in i could not!! Than proceeds to say well i guess ill change it so you dont have to cry whatttt? This is his job soo rude! Than, he was sent back up to fix my leaking toilet that i had to deal with not only for the night which i understand maintenance isnt 24/7 but i had to deal with him im sure your just making problems and there isnt one turns out it was CRACKED and i had to move rooms after dealin with this rude man i could have switched rooms from the very beginning to not have to deal with him im sure the amenities are nice however i wanted out asap Hampton is very nice and very friendly try that place over this one!!!
