The rest if the departments were professional and kind but it takes one department to drag down the whole property. Details and cleanliness matter. They need to be retrained as the room was dirty. Also, room service is never available and when approaching them in the hallway none speak English. The worst part was the sink as it had mold growing. Hilton has really deteriorated after blackrock private equity bought them a few years ago and all they care about is grabbing your money.

The restaurant/bar was in the lobby, had few tables, and was noisy, but the food was very good. The hotel was not easily/quickly identifiable from the street unless you saw another more visible related property. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

- MSMelanie StravockDec 3, 20255.0These places are always hit or miss. In this case we had a hit. Stayed here for 3 nights. Front desk was extremely accommodating and alert. We had a package that arrived and apparently someone else tried to take it. If it wasn’t for the front desk, our package would have been gone. Breakfast was the usual but at least the counters and the floors looked clean before, during and after. Unfortunately that is something that doesn’t happen very often.
