- TSToya S.Dec 30, 20255.0This property is well maintained, rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Check in/check out was easy. Juan at the front desk even sent a text to make sure everything was good with our room. The staff here is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and they also give you “to-go” breakfast bags for the road. This hotel is in much better condition than some of the other luxury hotels I have stayed at. It’s also located in the center of all the UTC shopping which is a plus. We enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel to others for sure.
