Don’t rely on them for shuttle service from the airport. They expect you to customer serve them. Left my 66 elderly mother to walk to the hotel instead of giving us a ride. They don’t answer their phones and will yell at you and their own people when they do answer.

This is hotel is great as far as the room and location goes. What is poor is the breakfast. The breakfast area was extremely busy and they had one poor girl working breakfast to deal with the hordes of soccer kids , moms and pops. I don’t know where these people grew up but they never learned how to behave in public. They slopped their food all over the floor acting like Mom was going to come after them and clean up their mess. On top of the that there was no one from the hotel making any effort to clean up the breakfast area. The food was poorly prepared with watery powdered eggs and the worst tasting waffle batter I have ever attempted to eat. The breakfast girl walked around looking like she couldn’t wait for her shift to end. We ended up finding a restaurant rather than endure the hotel breakfast a second time. The reception staff was hit or miss personality wise with one reception person out of tree we encountered even able to smile. For this we had the privilege of paying $350/night.

Weirdest, creepiest hotel experience EVER! First and most importantly, Yasmine was awesome at check in. She worked with my needs and used my status to upgrade me to a gorgeous room, #328 to be exact. Thank you, Yasmine- Your genuine kindness was noticed and appreciated! Now, the room itself was fine... Until around 8p. Hubby and I were both working on our little projects online, and had music playing. He looked over at me, and said, "You hear that?" I cut the music off. Sure enough, it wasn't the music- there was this weird ringing, reverberating tone emanating softly throughout the room, and it felt like it was coming from the wall between the bed and the bathroom. It slowly rose, pulsed for maybe 10s, then faded away. It was like a sound effect from a horror movie. We shrugged it off, and continued our work. It happened again about 20 minutes later, a little different, quieter. Curious, I looked around, peeked out the window, but failed to determine a cause. He was exhausted, and went to sleep around 9:30p. We'd heard the ringing once or twice more at this point, softly, and agreed that it was odd. Around 10p, I curled up next to him to read, and as soon as I was in bed, the resonance swooped through the room, LOUDLY. It lasted around 40s this time, and I was starting to get a little skeeved out. Sure, this could have been psychological, but it felt like there was some kind of presence around. Over and over, the room chimed at various volumes, and nearly vibrated, at least 20 more times before I started to record it. (I'm attaching my best recording as a video here.) Here's the weirdest part- Once I decided I couldn't stay awake anymore, and went to sleep, it STOPPED. Around 1a, I put my sleepbuds in and sleep mask on, and left my phone on audio recording. (I didn't sleep well, as you might imagine.) I went over the recording first thing in the morning. As soon as my breathing had slowed and deepened on the audio recording, the chime did not occur again. There was, however, a sharp KNOCKKNOCK on a wall around 2a. (Keep in mind, this is a room on the end of a hall, only one possible neighbor.) Also, closer to 4a, it sounded like something was thrown across the room near the entry way. (I told the assistant manager about my experience in the morning via the text line, but never heard back...) Oh, and breakfast was good- included hot bar with fruit and carbs!
