    My name is cherokee barrett. I stayed at this hotel with my new fiancee Brett. Dekida and Tannatha Where the best customer service representatives, we have received at a hotel on a very long time.And we frequent hotels often. Dekida went out of her way several times to make sure that we were comfortable and happy and I appreciate this hotel for their customer service.Their hospitality and for their compassion and true concern and care for their guests. The room is comfortable and clean.Everything has been restocked.I couldn't ask for better service in a hotel. God bless , I hope this rating helps someone decide to stay here.

    I really hate giving bad reviews and we are Hilton only customers, but … a review is a review. There are many Hiltons in Sarasota and we chose this location because of a hot tub and charging station, as well as location to our destination of Celery Fields. Upon arrival the charging stations were blocked and despite being green on the charger, we were told they were out of order. Surprisingly at 7 am the next day they were back operational. I think this was their way of preventing people from charging for free overnight… the hot tub was ice cold so we were now 0-2 on the amenities we wanted. If we are going to pay full price for a hotel to stay from 8 pm until 11 am, I kind of want all the amenities. The breakfast was good, even though they wouldn’t let us get a waffle 10 minutes before they officially served breakfast. I think this slight deviation to allow it, as everything was set up, wasn’t going to be a big issue - we’ve done it everywhere else we have gone, but I get it. The next morning they did allow a 1 hour late check out so we were able to get a little extra EV charge, but a full charge would have been nice. Good customer service and amazing location. So yeah, taking off one star for EV and 1 for hot tub, as those were the twin main things we were looking for and couldn’t get.

    I had an infestation of spiders in my room. When I told the front desk, they said they'd take care of it. Someone came in and sprayed a chemical in the room. The spiders were back by the next day. I told them about it again. They did comp for one day but said that's the best they could do. When I called their customer service to get more of the stay refunded, they lied and said they offered me another room, which never happened. They again told me they wouldn't do anything more than the one night comp. Spiders, lots of them, in the room. Gross.

    This hotel is absolutely perfect. The location is perfect for local attractions, shopping and several beaches. The on property pond is picturesque and full of wildlife. The hotel itself has been recently renovated and is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
