  I had an infestation of spiders in my room. When I told the front desk, they said they'd take care of it. Someone came in and sprayed a chemical in the room. The spiders were back by the next day. I told them about it again. They did comp for one day but said that's the best they could do. When I called their customer service to get more of the stay refunded, they lied and said they offered me another room, which never happened. They again told me they wouldn't do anything more than the one night comp. Spiders, lots of them, in the room. Gross.

  This hotel is absolutely perfect. The location is perfect for local attractions, shopping and several beaches. The on property pond is picturesque and full of wildlife. The hotel itself has been recently renovated and is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

  Poorly maintained - 1st room we could not switch off the AC noise, maintenance man came, he also couldn't and asked us to change room. 2nd room was freezing, at least the AC switched off, but no heating so we slept with our coats on. At checkout we mentioned the problem, receptionist response was 'ah one of those rooms' (which I guess means they know and don't do anything about it).

  The hot tub was cold complained to desk they said talk to manager in morning.I tried to go to sleep but a refrigerator semi parked outside going off and on all night I went to desk complained they said they just got there and talk to manager in the morning.For breakfast next morning noticed the cook mopping area than go in kitchen and started cooking without washing hands made a video of this but I don’t know how to put it on here.J called next morning to address my issues the hotel offered me 20000 points I thought this was a joke. The bad thing I stayed here about 2 months ago same issue with hot tub and the cook not washing hands after taking out garbage bag just went back to cooking

  Please be aware, if you are looking for a place with the usual Hampton Inn level of quality this location is not your place. The quality level of this location is more in line with an Econo Lodge, Motel 6 or Super 8. Which is fine if that is what you are looking for. But not fine if you are paying for a Hampton Inn level of quality. We spent 9 nights here recently (Oct 2025) and will not return. There were so many issues with this place it would be a novel if I wrote it all here. But the housekeeping services and general condition of the hotel were the biggest issues. From the cockroach in the bathroom to the used dirty hair tie on the floor by the bed at check in. Your room will not be cleaned every 2 days like they tell you and when it is done it is substandard. Then there was the soap dispenser constantly falling off the wall in the shower, no hot water in the sink and electrical outlets in the room so loose you can't plug anything into them safely. There is a refrigerator in the room that is so small you can't get anything into it, but that's ok since it doesn't get cold and there is no way to adjust the temperature. And what mid-level hotel doesn't provide microwaves in every room??? I could go on and on and on, but I think you get the point. With so many other hotels in this area of Florida you can do a lot better for the price.
