Pros: Good location (driving wise) downtown, clean, and quiet. Very good breakfast bar. Cons: There's no "pop" in place. Nothing noteworthy. Not on water, views of other buildings, poor a/o no valet, other hotels closer to attractions, etc ...

Strange mandatory $28 charge. Nobody knows why but it’s mandatory.

I haven't stayed at the hotel in years but the renovation and new rooms are so nice! The front desk was super nice as well. I am removing a star because the workers at the hotel restaurant Bridges were extremely rude last night. Everyone that was getting on the elevator commented about the slow and rude service. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

I am planning to stay this Embassy Suites expensive hotel in Sarasota for a week for Xmas and NY for my family, but when I check the reviews, it showed me a Big Stop Sign. One review was reported three weeks ago with the bed bug issues and pictures. The more surprising for me to see here is that there are no followups, no actions to take by the management team. It looks like because Hilton is a big cop. they can ignore big issues from customers. That is not unaccepted arrogant. That is why not only my family is going to stay this hotel by Hilton, but also leave this message for the arrogant Hilton management team.
