  Nice clean hotel. Breakfast included.service is very good. My issue is with $40/day parking and a $28/day "destination" fee. WTH is that? This should be a luxury hotel for the rates they charge.

  Nos alojamos una semana mientras recorrimos las más hermosas playas de la Florida, que quedan todas entre 10 min y 40 min de distancia aproximadamente, las más cercanas, por eso lo elegimos, tiene una buena ubicación entre lugares a conocer. El hotel es súper limpio y cómodo, el restaurante tiene linda vista y buena comida, el desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones cómodas. Quiero destacar la amabilidad del general manager, Alici, quien se ocupó de ayudarme con un tema de unos paquetes que yo había enviado mal, siempre le estaré muy agradecida. Volveremos!

  Had a horrible experience at the bar tonight! I’ve been in the restaurant business before and to be ignored by a bartender for over 10 mins when he saw me come in and sit down 2 chairs from where he was standing is wild, then 10 mins still waiting to be greeted, a guy comes in sits right next to me and he gets welcomed and served even before I get asked what I want to drink, i don’t know if it was because I was Hispanic and the other guy was white but felt disrespected and then when he finally comes over to take my drink order I had to wait another 10 mins for him to make it since he wants to greet, cash out and speak to the other people at the bar, finally after he remembered I was still sitting there, he comes over to make my drink, never asked me if I wanted another drink, never asked if I wanted to see the dinner menu, but the other guy next to me is getting amazing service. Honestly I won’t be back there, felt so unwanted it was crazy! The rooms are awesome by the way and everything is sooo clean!

  This location doesn't hold Par with the Embassy Suites brand. We are disappointed with the wear and tear of the furniture. The business center table is wobbly as hell. Definitely not using it. Our toilet seat has a broken hinge and we had to put in a service request. The biggest complaint we had was the cleanliness of the room. We rated it a 3 out of 10. Since the occupancy is booked, we had to request a room cleaning. There is hair, crumbs, and stains everywhere. Smh!

  We stayed here two nights for a wedding. The rooms are modern and clean. We liked that the bedroom had a door to shut to keep noise down. The parking is unusual with it being above the lobby. A little weird at first until you get used to it. We had breakfast included and enjoyed it. Buffet style but lots of options and clean with nice staff. Pool is small but we didn’t use it so can’t comment much more on it. It also a very short drive to the downtown Sarasota area. If you have no issues walking, you could even walk it. Lobby staff was also always helpful and friendly.
