One review was reported three weeks ago with the bed bug issues and pictures. The more surprising for me to see here is that there are no followups, no actions to take by the management team. It looks like because Hilton is a big cop. they can ignore big issues from customers. That is not unaccepted arrogant. That is why not only my family is going to stay this hotel by Hilton, but also leave this message for the arrogant Hilton management team.
