I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member (with lifetime status) and left a voice-mail for the General Manager (GM) on October 14, 2025, to return my call regarding Hilton Guest Assistance Case # 253456547. To date, no phone call has been received from the GM (after more than 30 days). It is disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. May I recommend that Damir, the Manager on Duty (10/07/2025) and the GM of Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota read Conrad Hilton’s book entitled “Be My Guest”.

The bathroom was way too big with the toilet seat in the corner. Kitchenette was too small. They should offer free water. Refrigerator was empty! Coffee was free for breakfast but the coffee bar had nowhere to mix the sugar and milk. No parking attendant to help you carry your bags. It wasn't up to the standards I'm used to at Hiltons.

Stayed for a few days for a work trip. Picked the hotel for the rooms and the location. Lots of extra fees tacked on 40$ parking, and lots of additional fees on top. The from on the surface was nice with the wall windows but a lot of shoddy defaults, bathroom large but water luke warm, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, no security at all. Food cold and actually inside spaces.lime the restaurant and hallways freezing temps. It was the worst kind of contradiction. Would I stay again maybe but not on my own dime.

1. I called about early check in since I have gold status. They were extremely rude and hung up the phone mid sentence because they were busy.
2. There was no hot water in the showers. Water gets Luke warm. We stayed here as a part of a wedding and everyone had this issue so it wasn’t just our room. I tried at different times of the day and the water was cold. I ended up leaving early the last day I was there just so I could get somewhere with a decent shower.
3. The bathroom doors don’t close all the way. Other people have complained about this. It’s really uncomfortable. The picture I attached didn’t do it justice.
4. My husband now has mysterious bites that look like bed bugs. We came from the west coast and were extremely jet lagged and forgot to check the beds and now I’m deep cleaning my home since it seems to be bed bugs.
5. The towels are extremely hard.
6. They never gave us coffee for inside the room, minor thing but we paid nearly $300 a night.
I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and maintain gold status and I can say this is my first time complaining and leaving a bad review.

They automatically charge everyone 40 dollars per day for self parking even without having a car. Three different guests were all asking for refunds of over 200 dollars because they tried to be sneaky and charge for parking when no one had a car. They also don’t tell you the cost of a water bottle but charge 12 dollars per water bottle. Great location though.
