    We stayed here one night passing through. Great facility, fun and friendly staff, especially Bruce, Melissa and Elaine serving breakfast. Great location on the water with a full service restaurant and large tiki bar with live music. Large room, clean and comfy with a soft mattress and a large TV. Will stay again!

    We were on a road trip, stopping to visit family, but because of last minute changes, we screwed up the booking and had to book an extra day before and one after our original stay. Daeveon went above and beyond to make sure that even though we technically had 3 reservations, we would be able to check in once and stay in the same room the whole time. He personally got us a cart for our luggage, and the cookies were great. His friendly attitude took a lot of our travel stress off our shoulders. A hotel is just a hotel to us, but it's service like this that goes above and beyond that makes it feel like we are cared for in the hospitality industry. Thank you, Daeveon

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD ANYWHERE,IM A TRUCK DRIVER COMING FROM ARIZONA,I ONLY GET TO COME BACK HOME TO FLORIDA EVER SO OFTEN,SO MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO BOOK A ROOM FOR THE WEEKEND AT THIS HOTEL AS IT LOOKED VERY PLEASANT AND ATTRACTIVE TO US, I OATED FULL PRICE 370$ INCLUDING BREAKFAST,ONCE SHE GOT THERE SHE GREETED THE FRONT DESK NO PROBLEMS, SHE WHENT UP TO THE ROOM WHICH WAS SMACK RIGHT INFRONT OF THE ELEVATOR,SHE WHENT TO THE ROOM TO TRY TO PUT SOME FOOD SHE GOT FOR ME INTO THE FRIDGE,TO HER SUPRISE THE FRIDGE WAS NOT OPERATIONAL,SHE THEN WHENT DOWN STAIRS TO TALK TO FRONT DESK WHO ONLY GAVE HER HIS NAME AS “AJ” WAS A DARK SKINNED MAN WITH GLASSES,THIS MAN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL MY WIFE THAT SHE WAS BEING HOSTILE AND CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION FOR NO REASON AT ALL JUST BECAUSE SHE ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS,OR EVEN A SMALL ACCOMODATION FOR THE FRIDGE NOT WORKING, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY EMBARRASSING,HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS OR BE POLITE,I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY WIFE THE WHOLE TIME SHE DID NOT RAISE HER VOICE ONCE OR SAID ANYTHING DISRESPECTFUL,WE WERE BOTH IN UTTER SHOCK THAT THIS REALLY JUST HAPPENED TO US AND RUINED OUR WHOLE NIGHT,I HOPE THAT MAN GETS REPRIMANDED BECAUSE WE WERE TREATED VERY UNFAIRLY AND TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY LIKE DOGS IN THE STREET, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL TREAT YOU THE SAME JUST BECAUSE YOU ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION
