    Our room was clean and spacious enough and the king bed was comfortable with big fluffy pillows. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but unfortunately both the pool and tub were not in operation during our stay. We then saw that a sister hotel was nearby and asked Daeveon (guest services manager) if it was possible to use their facilities. He wasn’t quite sure if that was possible as it was a different ownership, but Daeveon took a step further by making a couple of phone calls just to inquire about it. He was able to get permission from the other hotel for us to use their hot tub and wrote a personal note to take with us. Thank you Daeveon for making two senior citizens happy and rejuvenated!

    I had to come in town at the last minute due to the death of my father. The staff treated me like family. So kind and warm. I booked my room for a shorter period than I thought but the manager was able to extend my stay without issue at my initial rate. Daeveon (Manager) was exceptional. He gave me restaurant places and quiet little places to reflect while grieving. I definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to this great staff that was so wonderful in my time of need.

From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We were honestly pretty bummed when we found out the pool was closed, especially traveling with kids, but Deveaon completely turned the experience around. His kindness, energy, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. What meant the most to me as a mom of six was how he treated my 6-year-old daughter. He didn’t just hand her a cookie and move on. He listened to her story, made her feel heard, made her smile, and made her feel important. That kind of intentional kindness matters. Kids remember that. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who truly makes you feel seen and valued, and Deveaon absolutely does. He made our stay memorable in the best way. Thank you for going the extra mile, it did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was absolutely clean and beautiful, every expectation was met. The rooms, common areas, and overall atmosphere were spotless and well maintained. Plebty if free parking. You can tell they take pride in their property.

    I never even got to see the room. I was having a hard time booking the room. (The site kept crashing at payment) I had to keep starting the process over and over, which resulted in multiple charges. That isn't their fault. When it went through I mistakenly booked for the current day instead of when I needed it. I immediately recognized this and submitted a request to switch the reservation for two nights later. They denied the request and invoiced me since it was "too late" to cancel. So I paid $230 for a room I never used. Spend the extra couple dollars and go to Hapmton. It's much nicer anyways. All the same facilities, better staff.

    Went here for a business trip with family and everything went great. Though rooms shows minor damages but these are normal wear and tear. However, it all compensates because of Daeveon. He receives a special mention because of his excellent hospitality and attitude. Daeveon has a great personality with exceptional knowledge with customer service. He has been nothing but great to us! A friendly, respectful, accommodating and the person to definitely look! He has helped us even days before our check in date. Doubletree by Hilton Sarasota/Bradenton is in good hands because of him. If you don’t make him employee of the month, then make him employee of the year! Kudos to the house keeping team as well for keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday and providing us with new toiletries. Thanks for the WARM cookies! 🍪
