  I stayed here to be close to the Sandford airport (8 miles away) and because I’m an IHG member. Hotel was super clean and looked brand new. Front desk staff super friendly and professional. Room (I had two queen beds) was very large with a sitting couch along the wall and plenty of space to store your luggage. Bathroom very large. Room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was better than some restaurants. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the past 5 years around the country.

  While the room was clean and breakfast was adequate, we had a bad experience at this hotel. The hotel is right on the highway and at night it was almost impossible to sleep with the trucks roaring past us. You could feel the room tremble. Front office staff at night was rude and dismissive when we asked to change our room location. Would not recommend if you want to get a good nights sleep unless you’re ok with highway noise.

  Be very leery of giving your credit card at check-in at this location. They want to make copies of your card, and when you ask why, “the GM request it”. I also learned tonight that this Holiday Inn & Suites also owns Home 2 Suites next door…. News to me! When did they merge?!?! My wife and daughter were kicked out of this Holiday Inn because I made the reservation in the App and my wife didn’t have my physical CC. I called the hotel 2 days in advance to ensure this would not be a problem, but they were moved to Home 2 Suites next door because the young lady behind the counter didn’t feel comfortable when questioned . . I called the hotel 2 days prior to check-in to ensure my wife’s name was on the reservation, and my CC was on file. All was good. Nope! All for nothing! Holiday Inn, DO BETTER! Not gonna let this one go!!!!

  AMAZING! Where do I start? Checking in was a breeze. Rooms were meticulously cleaned. Pillows and bed were so comfortable! The lighting was fantastic. Small lights on each side of the bed, and the perfect lighting for watching tv. That stood out to me the most, the lighting. It was fantastic. The bathroom was very clean. Shower was large! And water pressure was very good! They also have Dove soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Usually hotels cheap out and just get off brand, but not here! And their breakfast was amazing!! Wide variety of foods. Fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff was so kind and helpful. Honestly, I can’t complain at all about this place. We finally got a good night sleep. Other hotel’s pillows usually were too hard, but not here! I definitely recommend this place!

  Never had an issue until today. Police department contacted me saying they (the hotel)were gonna tow my car. I was back home (Alabama) for a funeral and family got sick while there. The young lady on the phone was so disrespectful and short. She put me on hold several times. She had an opportunity to help us and she chose to be nasty and rude. There is never a good time to hang up or be disrespectful. Young lady please remember what goes around comes around. Just remember your behavior was blatantly disrespectful and I'll never forget it.. Circumstances required that a gold member at your hotel had to park there longer than usual. You wouldnt give me two days to get back in town. You talk to me like a child and told me I didn't ask for permission. Then you came with policy garbage. This ain't over friend! This is America! We treat people with respect and dignity. You chose to not do that, so Ive chosen to call your behavior out. I'm embarrassed for you! What's going on with you to where you felt you had to disrespect my gender and then treat me like a child. I'll never forget this experience!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express your services will never be used again. You got get better employees who know how to talk to people. Wow!!
