We had to leave before breakfast so unable to comment on that. The reason I am giving a lower score is the front desk staff. The gentleman that checked us in was VERY rude. We had a problem with the reservation and he did not offer any suggestions or ways to help. He basically just turned us away, said he couldn't help us. We pre-paid so we were extremely upset. We did eventually get it figured out with NO help from him. If we hadn't have already paid and had a car we would have left. It's such a shame because the hotel is very nice. Maybe hire people that are helpful with actual customer service skills. The gentleman did not have a name tag on so we didn't get his name. It was Saturday night, November 30th sometime between 7:30pm - 8pm. He had black rimmed glasses and was wearing a flannel shirt. I hope this is enough information to figure out who he was. Very disrespectful 😒
