    Great location near SFB airport with a convenient free shuttle. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a tasty breakfast with good coffee. And best of all: the customer service! We were greeted warmly at check-in and check-out, and Heather took excellent care of us on our way to the airport. Thank you!

    Had a cockroach come out from the bottom of the refrigerator no water pressure in the shower couldn’t even shower called the front desk about the cockroach issue said that they would call maintenance maintenance never came up never even offered to put me in another room. The next one I went to get in the shower and couldn’t even shower told the lady at the front desk at checkout and all she said was sorry.

    After we checked in and went out to get our bags we walked back in and the guy at the desk said "Oh by the way, there's kind of a smell because of the plumbing work we had done, it's not toxic and will disappear, just wanted to let you know." We got in the elevator and smelled something a little bit when the elevator opened up to our hall we were suddenly overwhelmed with the smell of PVC glue. It was incredibly strong. PVC glue is always recommended to use in a ventilated area because it is toxic to inhale a lot of. They could have told us when we checked in but just threw it out to us as we were walking by after we had already gotten our rooms. The other floors don't smell like this, they aren't doing construction on each floor I guess, so why are the renting those rooms? We got to the room and started setting up the "crib" they gave us for our baby - it was a broken pack-n-play. I tried to call the front desk for a different crib - the phone was broken.

    It was a Saturday night and they were working on the room and it had a clue smell down the whole hallway I could smell it as soon as I get off the elevator it's so bad and they were really busy so I couldn't switch rooms The lady at the front desk is really nice The rooms were okay they weren't great but they weren't that special I don't know I was just a place to sleep but luckily I was there with my sister and brother and father so I ended up switching the room with my brother so I slept on the bottom floor instead of the second floor but why the guys would be working on the rooms on a weekend I have no idea especially with them being billed with capacity and the whole second floor stinking of glue and stuff but anyway and location I don't know I just got there went to sleep got up and left I didn't even really go anywhere to eat My dad and them dead but and they should Woody's wasn't that good anyway The food and all that they went to eat at Woody's and I didn't go I was too tired their breakfast was okay by the time I got up the coffee was kind of old but it's a hotel I've been to bed and I've been to worse

    I made an error on my Hotels.com booking by clicking the wrong date, and I cancelled and tried to re-book within a couple of hours when I realized the error. Best Western Plus Sanford Airport had over a week to fill my canceled booking and could have refunded me for the room that was booked in error. Instead, I received an email stating that they declined my refund request. At this point, I'm considering filing a dispute with my bank. I overheard that they had 30 rooms unavailable due to needing repairs, which is likely accurate because the water was not working when I arrived, and the hot water in the shower was malfunctioning the next morning. This place is a mess, and it seems they need the money more than us. It is obvious to me that management does not seem to care about customer satisfaction or repeat business. We stay at hotels in this area at least 5 times per year, and we often have a team of people for Orlando conferences. We won't be staying here again, and we are also going to avoid this hotel brand when booking for other business trips to other locations. A simple $70 refund could have earned this hotel a lot more value in future bookings, but I guess it was not meant to be.
