  PLEASE READ MOST RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! Be aware. Some of the “good reviews” are old reviews. This place is absolutely disgusting. Best Western should pull their brand off of this hotel. Walked in, instantly smelled of mold and mildew. Bald guy behind the counter doesn’t say a word to you. Filth on every counter, table, and floor. The “work out facility” has a broken peloton, an empty water cooler that looks like it’s never been cleaned, and a sticky floor. Wanted water so went to the water fountain and the filter is red. Had to laugh. Like literally nothing is taken care of at this place. We had mold in our room. Wallpaper peeling off. Dirty counter tops. Stains on the sheets. Breakfast was terrifying. Everything is dirty! Literally everything. The coffee machine looks like it’s never been cleaned. And if you read every review… the owner just copy and pasted “we’re sorry hope you try us again” like dude no ! Go walk around your hotel this dump should be shut down ! I’ve attempted to post photos and they must be blocked by the owner. Also attempted to obtain a refund. They refused. Absolute joke. Willing to bet this place won’t be in business long. Reviewed with Best Western Cooperate as well. They are aware of the unacceptable conditions of this place. This is not a Best Western Plus.

  Unclean and would not book again! We arrived at the hotel after a late evening flight, only staying from 1am-8am so was not looking for luxury but was expecting cleanliness. When entering room 211, there were multiple roaches running throughout the room, We went to reception asking for another room and we’re told they were sold out, but one room had not been checked into yet if it would be better. Entering the second room, we were met with the same conditions and bug dead on the floor, we lifted the mattress and found women’s underwear between them. We went back to reception and was told maybe it was best we checked out and if we were not happy we could come back to talk to a manager. At 2am we were able to Uber to the Comfort Inn and was told by the driver after explaining the situation that this was not the first time she had heard this. Called Best Western customer service 3 days ago and still have not heard back.

  This place is disgusting. Don’t let the outside fool you. Walked in and the floors are extremely dirty. Funny smell the moment you step foot inside. Get to our room and mold in the bathroom. Wake up to get breakfast. The coffee machine looks like it’s never been cleaned. Checked out the “fitness center”. Broken peloton. Empty water dispenser. Dirt everywhere. Walk back to the room and saw a water fountain with a bottle water filler. Filter= needs to be changed. It’s like this place was given a renovation and they just didn’t give a crap about any of their new equipment.

  Overall this place was absolutely disgusting. Staff were rude and unable to give us a copy of our bill. Bathroom, bed and fridge had bugs. Toilet screamed all night, AC was broken and the bed had hair and gunk in in. The shower also ran all night and would not completely shut off. No soap toilet paper or towels were in the bathroom. The Kleenex box had stuffed tissues from god knows where. It got worse at breakfast. The dishes were not wiped down and trays that held condiments and utensils were disquieting and unclean. Will be calling manager for a refund. Very disappointed. I wish I could figure out how to post photos I have. Room overall looks nice but it’s very damaged.

  The shower pan was majorly damaged hidden by a stick on nonslip floor mat to the point of feeling like stepping in the wrong spot would have resulted in my foot going through the pan. The shower was full of mildew. The water fixtures had severe mildew, the fire sprinklers were very corroded and the entire building smelled like mold and mildew(we left with congestion and burning eyes). The room we were in seemed long overdue for a deep cleaning. There was dirt and hair in all corners of both the bed and bathroom. It did not smell like there were cleaning chemicals applied to any of the areas I was in. The back patio had crumbling stone walls and a grill that looked like it had seen a nuclear explosion. There was a housekeeper sitting in the hall on her phone outside of the housekeeping closet on first floor. All hallways on several floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. There were expired drinks in the vending machine. Thinking I had seen the worst I got up in the morning to discover roaches in the room. The employees were mostly pleasant and this seems more like a systemic issue. Having decent friendly employees can only go so far considering the unacceptable state of both the building and the grounds. This is far beyond the pale in regards to being in the process of renovations and has nothing to do with everyday employees in my opinion.
