This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When we arrived there was a long line of guests waiting and no one at the front desk. After a long wait we were finally checked in. Our first room had a strong musty and moldy odor, visible humidity issues, and a TV that did not work. We requested another room due to the mold concerns. The second room did not smell like mold but was still very dirty, and the phone was not even connected to a working line. Housekeeping was extremely poor. We did not receive clean towels until the third day. Hallway carpets were filthy and our room floor was sticky annd visibly dirty. Dated and unkept room decor, not even a full mirror for guest, just the one above the bathroom sink. Our stay included breakfast, but hot breakfast was unavailable because the “chef” was absent. The day before checkout the beds were made extremely poorly. One bed had a large mound in the middle under the sheets, which turned out to be a pillow left on the mattress with the bedding stretched over it. Our friends staying at the hotel experienced the exact same thing. Overall the hotel was extremely dirty and the service was unacceptable.

We stayed in this hotel last night and it was beyond disappointing. We spent almost $300 for one night and the accommodations were well below that price point. To name a few: The shower curtain and bathroom was dirty. Blood on the bedding Breakfast: no coffee, no fruit, old and COLD food, no silverware, no milk, no service. (And we PAID $16 per person for this....) No sheets for the pullout bed Don't waste your money.

Honestly one of the most comfortable and helpful hotels I have ever been to. Shout out to Kevin the maintenance man for making our stay fantastic. He truly needs a raise for all the work he does. Great Hotel. Great breakfast and the rooms were clean.

Walmart associates who book using the Walmart rate - they will not honor the free breakfast that is indicated on the IHG website when booking. The breakfast buffet is $16/per person. I'll book somewhere else next time.

The property is not well maintained and the common areas are not kept clean. The carpet throughout has numerous bleach stains. Our room keys have deactivated each afternoon, and according to the front desk, this is a policy. We picked this location as it was close to family but we will not return to this hotel. Also, walked by the restaurant at breakfast on the first day and they allowed an adult to be there in his bare feet.
