I don't particularly like the window ac unit because it's loud and it gets really cold inntge room then shuts off and gets hot then it turns on and gets really cold. I hate that. I wish they had an actually ac unit instead of the window unit. The temperature is not consistent. The beds are comfortable at least. And I always travel Hilton, so the staff is great.
