- ACAnthony C1 day ago4.0Jason the manager is fantastic. He is genuinely interested in making sure you have a great stay at the hotel. The rest of the staff was very pleasant too. The hotel is fine and meets your needs. The price and location are the high points. Some people might be critical but that's unwarranted. Its a Hampton not the Ritz. You get a free breakfast. The rooms are clean. The location is 15 minutes from all the action. You save some money and get to put it towards experiences in St. Augustine. I'd stay here again and recommend others do the same.

Al final abrimos el sofá cama y realmente el olor a humedad era muy malo, los resortes del sofá se sentían como puñal en la espalda. La ducha estaba bien sucia. La housekeeping fue super mas amable y nos dio una cama extra individual. Lastima que no recuerdo su nombre. Realmente este hotel necesita cambios de alfombras y mejor limpieza Desayuno bien

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made the lobby feel very festive the moment we walked in. The location was ideal close enough to the Historic District to enjoy the Nights of Lights without being stuck in the middle of the heavy holiday traffic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, even though they were working on the holiday, and the hot breakfast was a great way to start Christmas morning. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stress-free Christmas in the nation’s oldest city!
