  Room was not ready at check-in time and housekeeping entered my room before check-out time when I was out to breakfast. Toilet was moldy.

  Location was amazing! Staff at check in were incredibly inhospitable, rude and never made eye contact. When we checked in we had not requested any specific amenities or rooms, and the front desk woman said "all I have is a second floor, is that okay?" in a very rude manner as if I was in there in a wheelchair and she was going to force the issue. We heard our neighbors having sex through the air conditioning. Come here for the location, not the service or any peace and quiet. The shower door opens so that you're forced to stand in there in order to get the water to the right temperature, which was not pleasant. The bed was comfortable but elevated so that you had to hoist in, so if you have any mobility issues and you can't climb into a bed I would not recommend staying here. The parking doesn't seem to be guaranteed, was very structured and made us feel that had we wanted to drive our car anywhere, we would not be able to park upon return. $25 per day fee. The staircases are narrow and cut off the entry to some rooms. Not ideal. My phone fell on the floor underneath the bedside table and was filthy when I picked it up. There was also scuff marks all over the floor, leading me to believe that (I did not see a mop or broom or Swiffer on the maid cart) these floors are not being cleaned. REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO HOTEL MANAGEMENT LOOKING INTO THIS AS STATED IN THEIR REPLY. HOW WILL THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT?

  The rooms were clean. The staff were very nice. The problems. 1. The blinds allowed much light and noise in the room. Modern, but extremely cheap. It was like daylight, all night. We paid almost 400$ for a night. 2. The mattresses were not hotel friendly. Felt like sleeping on a board. 3. The noise by the he pool at 2:30 am went on and on. No one bothered policing the grounds to facilitate other guests. I have stayed at this hotel over 30 years. I will not be a guest, ever again. Even tho the location is great.

  Nice location. However, noisy because of the location. The AC was also very loud!!! Cleanliness ok. The bathroom door did not open all the way. The table was swaying back and forth. Nobody is inspecting, just turning rooms. Second floor with stairs with small/narrow steps, no elevator. Grab and go breakfast of water, granola bar and supersweet muffin. Serves coffee too. Parking $25 and only one car allowed per room. Tight space. Would stay again only for the location but not for the amenities.

  This hotel really sucks no bathroom provided for outsiders not even for the county workers their bathroom is in the General Manager office according to the receptionist and No one can use it how can you work there with no services if you need it. This place is garbage i would never give considerations of staying at never. Sign United States Navy Retired
