  Hard to keep the room in a comfortable temp. Had to turn the unit off...then the room got cold and no blanket...took us couple of days to get it comfortable by getting up & readjust the thermostat.

  I was surprised about this hotel , on the outside it looked like just a standard hotel on this area. But upon entering my room, the room was modern and updated. The a/c was nice and cold and appeared brand new. No bad smells, just the smell of cleaning chemicals that faded with time. Bathroom looked modern and hot water was very hot as be warned hot. They offered breakfast on time and the staff was friendly and welcoming to my family, including my Dog. There is a dog fee in this place but more affordable than most places around and the staff seemed to love your pets . There is a green area in the front of the hotel, for your dog need, but there is no fenced area or dog park in this hotel. The pool looked nice and clean. It was cold the day that I visited so I don't know if the pool was heated. There is also a parking fee and parking tend to get packed and limited. The beach is across the street and there is access to it ,but not direct view. The area was quiet and calm and located in what appeared to be a good safe neighborhood , the bed were firm but not bad at all, I was able to have a great sleep that normally don't get staying in more expensive hotels, woke up with no body aches and well rested. This hotel surprised me and will definitely book again with them, for my future visits.

  Achtung: hidden fees! 1st thing 1st: this is an upscaled MOTEL, if you wish. While rooms are renovated, 2 features persist: 1. lack of soundproof 2. smell of mold. 2nd is equally unpleasant: room needs to be vented upon re-entry. Breakfast is purely nominal. Most residents attacking a single waffle machine. Coffee, must admit, is reasonable. Now, the best part: parking is no longer free for the residents: $10 / day. If you don't feel squeezed like a sponge, start feeling the pressure. Night personnel is noticeably less friendly. Otherwise, same old nice-to-have BW.

  Please be advised. This location will secretly charge you double the amount of your reservation up front at check-in. Glida is the representative that charged me twice. At check out, she claimed that this is hotel policy. Yet, she never indicated that at check-in. I also revived no receipt of the double charge (that’s why I say secretly) as it would have been printed on the check-in receipt or the check out receipt. I didn’t notice the charge until after I checked out and saw my account. When I called back, they denied charging me twice. Then they claimed their policy is to do an additional authorization to guest account for the exact amount of the reservation/payment.
