  This hotel is located with easy access to a few restaurants and store. The staff is great, knowledge and accommodating. We stayed in a king room. The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too. I wasn't able to adequately change the thermostat so I was chilly. I would recommend they store extra blanket in closet. Internet was weak, even down the hall from check in. Neighbors next door were noisy.

  I booked a four-night stay for my grandparents over New Year’s Eve, and it turned into a complete disaster. My grandfather uses a walker and is unable to climb stairs. Upon arrival, they were told that the only available room was on the third floor and that the elevator was not working. The hotel claimed they had called me to inform me of this in advance, but I have no missed calls or emails from them. When I spoke with the manager, Kelly, she stated that there was a note on the hotel website advising guests that the elevator was out of service—this was also not true. The hotel showed no concern that they left an 80-year-old and an 85-year-old couple, both with mobility limitations, without accommodations on New Year’s Eve. They repeatedly said there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, the manager, Kelly, was extremely unhelpful and even laughed during our conversation as I tried to find a solution for my grandparents, who also face a language barrier. This level of disregard, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behavior is shocking and unacceptable.

  I have got to say being a traveler and saying and some top tier five star hotels one thing that was sometimes missing was the camaraderie the embracing and feeling like a home away from home and different ways. Well this establishment provided such an Embrace of each and every one of their guests. The housekeepers made sure everything you needed I mean they kept the place in top tier shape the front desk had such amazing people that made you feel welcome from the time you walk back in from wherever you went they remembered sometimes your name to even little things Miss Kathy at the front remembered my birthday she was very pleasant always was able to speak with just was always present there is also a gentleman that I saw go out of his way one night that wild me for one of the guests that really needed assistance even taking their garbage and making sure it was done because I believe at that time the guests may be needed help and obviously going Beyond and above he exceeded expectations and I could see that from even the phone calls or even how they work the front desk but Sergio was always continuing to just exceed so many expectations remembering everyone's name is Cathy as well Shannon you definitely were great to speak to overnight as I came down once in a while to get any Essentials that I may need nothing was never not available and it was always an easy ask and it was done thank you so much. So if you're looking for somewhere to stay with your family and you're looking for an atmosphere not to mention the places around it great breakfast great lunch and great boba tea place right there not to mention if you needed anything else it's all in the same vicinity this little hideaway hotel was the perfect spot And thank you to the staff for being a team and working together have a safe and happy Holiday to all of you!!
