I just hope they provide good orientation to their staff on how to be appropriate. Guy at the front desk who wrar earrings on the nostril can't even speak with good manners. For a bottled water, he yelled at me.

So one of our 3 slept on a pull out, there was only 1 pillow for it, not ideal after driving for 13 hours, but it is what it is. All that being said, the gal at the desk was super sweet. And the rooms are exactly what you’d expect for IHG.
