Breakfast was free and great (even almond milk!), gym good but the room had the archeic loudest window a/c unit ever, if we tried to shut it off, room became instantly humid and muggy, with it on- loud noisy like as if airplane passing through the room- impossible to sleep. We arrived so late, that did not bother complaining, but certainly were relieved that only stayed that 1 night

Typically, I opt for accommodations within the same brand, specifically in Cape Coral. I must bring to your attention that the bathtub lacks any anti-slip features, posing a significant safety concern for individuals showering. Furthermore, the room's flooring is not carpeted. This location also features discreet signage encouraging customer gratuities. During my previous visit, I specifically requested an anti-slip solution to prevent potential accidents, and upon my arrival in my room, two mats were provided for my use, so I had to install them. Consequently, I highly recommend this hotel brand's Cape Coral location, which is much better.
