  We came here as a family for vacation on April 7th with cousins, niece and grandson. We have stayed in this hotel for almost 7 years because the staff was pleasant and we enjoyed it. Once we got to the room we settled in and we relaxed the Tv. Remote was not properly working so we called the front desk to tell them the manager of the front desk asked me what was wrong I told him that the remote was not operating right he asked me an you explain what you see on the tv I told him it’s boxes can you please come up here so you can fix this. He seemed annoyed and not happy to help us. Our room was not clean by the cleaning staff the towels were left on the floor the garbages were full this was day 2 and we saw 1 of the cleaning ladies who did not seem to happy to do her job. So we called the front desk and they asked what had not been done. Then the light was out in the kitchen area they took a whole day and a half to get to after that we called the front desk again and we had explained everything to them once we had done that they said we had too many issues and they quoted! “we had to leave” the hotel so we went down to the desk and talked to them according to them we had too many issues, really! I always thought that a hotel should welcome you and be helpful but not this place it’s obvious that the front desk girls can’t be bothered with help or do their job they would rather do nothing as these young people like to do these days. My family had never never been told to leave a hotel in all my life time this hotel needs to clean up their staff at the front desk and as for the head of house keeping Deresha she is a. Pure Gem very accommodating. The breakfast woman Marie is a wonderful person pleasant and helpful As for my family we will never stay here again all I can say is WE WILL NEBER BE BACK HERE

  Everything was fine except for the tub in the bathroom. Looks like they’ve been painting over the rust and damage. Kinda ruined the room for me.

  Enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and the breakfast was yummy. BUT my son and I woke up with cluster of bites on our arms, legs and neck. It appears that room has bed bugs.

  I have stayed here multiple times. Rooms are always nice. Friendly staff. I will be back Im sure.
