Clean room and I loved the hard floors instead of carpet. Made the space feel much nicer. Great stay at the Holiday Inn in Port St. Lucie!

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The elevators were out of inspection. We were told the pool was open only to see a sign on it saying it didn’t pass safety. Unclean, bathrooms were gross, sheets had stains, smelled.
Staff was friendly.

This was the most disgusting experience- the carpet was so damp and dingy we didn’t want to have our shoes off, the beds stank, as did the pillows, the whole place smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The place is old but with proper up keep could still be ok. We couldn’t even stay. The man at the counter was ok, but not helpful. The health department should be called and it is definitely not suitable for a child to sleep there. Especially because it is a service that is being purchased. Completely unacceptable. DO BETTER. Do not stay here.

for being a Hilton hotel.this hotel Was the worst I have ever stayed in.The rooms was so dirty and smelling of animals, and I told them, I was allergic to animals. Rundown and dirty. First room was so dirty i had to change rooms, second room was just as dirty and smelling of animals. If I could of attached photos I would of shown everyone how dirty the place was.

This is not a good hotel, rooms are poorly equipped, tiny sink/vanity in bathroom like a 24” Home Depot edition…no where to put toiletries, restaurant closed, so no food of any kind available. Would never stay here again due to huge lights outside room window, no blackouts, looked like daytime in our room all night, biggest issue of all was traffic noise from US 1, was like we were sitting on the highway (hotel located at intersection, so loudness comes from all cars accelerating from stop light), horrible experience.
