  Hot tub was freezing, paid 318$ for 1 night so I can relax in the hot tub ! Only reason why I booked the hotel, towels are not stock by pool , whole place has a chemical smell and outdated everything , the list goes on and on between mildew and rusty/scratched decor to the 20 channels on a 10 inch tv from the 90’s only half of them work ! Literally had to watch my phone . This hotel gives you a 5 star price and a run down motel service , oh and the gym was closed down too and breakfast is not free so save your money and go get something that is actually worth the price. Do better holiday inn from pt st Lucie ! I want my money back

  Im going to be 100% honest right now. Why in the world would you pay money to stay here. The Owners have truly let this hotel go while they collect your money in a far off land somewhere. My room had mutliple hairs in the bathroom. When i took the elevator the elevator smelled like pure 🤢 vomit. The decor is outdated the fixures are corroded and peeling, the caulking has gaps and is brown, the paint you can tell it has different colors, and the carpet on the floor in the hallway smells. I dont know who is giving this hotel any stars at all but the only thing good here is the staff. I truly hope they can keep them as well. To be clear i have stayed at soooo many ihg hotels but none of them quite like this. I honestly felt like i couldnt touch anything i took a shower begrudgingly, got rid of the hair in the bathroom myself and stayed in the bed the rest of the night. Cant wait to wake up and leave. I would of already, but im exhausted from traveling and dont feel like going through the hassle i gotta suck it up you know. Owners need to start spending money to at least change and update this hotel. If not, i dont see very many people staying here in the future not for these prices iv seen. Not worth it. Please go somewhere else.

  Where to start . Bathroom mildew on floor and shower surround bathroom door frame is rusty with paint peeling from the ceiling , carpet, nasty with wrinkles , windows are foggy and don't look under the beds , looks like food and dust balls , like it's never been swept under.the batroom cabinet all skufft up . For the money we paid our expectations are disappointed . This is 50 dollar room at best .. ihg needs to inspect this hotel

  Not what I expected from Holiday Inn, by far the worst in their chain. No room service, stayed in the same room for more than a wk. After being in the room for 3 days I had to ask the front desk for towels, toilet items and for the room to be cleaned. The next day was the same, no service. Visited the front desk again only to be given a few excuses as to why house keeping is by passing my room, the last night there I finally got clean sheets and more toliet items, they did not sweep or vacuum. The headboard has years of accumulated dust. The bottom floor was inundated with Marijuana smoke from it being smoked in one or more of the rooms. Witnessed Marijuana being smoked in the pool area, witnessed smoking of what appeared to be crack in the pool area as well. Avoid this place.

  Quite possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room smelled of mildew so strong we had to sleep with faces covered. The toilet was running all night , sink was clogged so when we brushed teeth water took forever to go down. Very cheap windows heard every conversation in parking lot. Hotel was full so unable to try to move to different room. So bad we contemplated sleeping in the car!! Needless to say we packed up without experiencing the possible nightmare of the shower and headed home! Will never stay here again add to the fact the room was grossly over priced due to valentine's day
