- LALarry AshDec 18, 20253.0Our check-in to the double room suite was quite disappointing. The closets had no rods for clothing, one drawer of the two was broken, this for the advertised 5 people accommodation, the main tv did not function, no telephone in the room. I went to speak with the clerk who said maintenance was gone, it was 3:05 pm when check-in was at 3 pm. He said he would add us to the notes about the problems. When I asked if any other room was available he told me no, and that the three double squires were identical. Upon returning to the elevator I was greeted by two pleasant women, one was the manager. I was soon provided one of the other suites that the clerk had said were not available. Thankfully this room had none of the problems mentioned earlier. The manager waved one night cost because of our inconvenience. . Unfortunately, on the.next afternoon there was no hot or warm water. To my chagrin the same male clerk informed me that he had received another call and I might just need to let the water run because probably too many people turned the water on at once. Well, no hot water returned after 10-25 minutes. Breakfast area was nice and the food was good and plentiful. Parking is convenient and plentiful. If you decide to gamble and check in. See your room first, if not immediately satisfied ask for the manager for the male clerk was not pleasant nor truthful.

Biggest issue was in the early morning hours there was NO HOT WATER! Which is very unfortunate as we typically arrive bsck st the hotel the same time every time. We had to shower when I woke up around 10/11am, then we'd have hot water. Rooms were pretty clean and beds comfy. The staff we dealt wjth were all extremely helpful and polite! Would stay here again. Can't beat it for the price, ecspeically with how the other in the area are priced at.
