Opened August of 2022, our Tru by Hilton Port St Lucie Tradition is conveniently located near Tradition Square and I-95. We are situated just adjacent to the site of the newly designed sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist JEFRË. The piece features a gentle twisting heart that is raised above a shopping center where the sun creates reflections on the sculpture’s polished stainless steel surface, and transforms nightly with LED lights. Our minimalistic and thoughtfully designed rooms feature everything you could want for a great stay, with a comfy European efficient design, large picturesque window and oversized flat screen TVs, as well as our fitness center. Near the check in we offer complementary coffee and tea available throughout the day, near there you will also find our “Eat and Sip” shop, which you can charge directly to your room, and it is also available anytime that craving hits you, 24 hours a day. In keeping with the Tru brand, our spacious lobby has areas to relax with family and friends, or a selection of entertainment options, and some hidden corners for privately working, while still being close to the action. For those who like to get out and about on local adventures, the New York Mets spring training facility, area beaches, and lots of local attractions are all just a short drive away.

    Awful experience. The front desk people were great but Alberto was awful! When I arrived, I waited about 15 minutes before someone came to the desk. I understand people get busy, and she was very kind. After getting to my room, there was personal lubricant and Kleenex left in the trash, the soap dispenser was empty, and there was a long dark hair in the bed. The ice machine was also out of order.

    The rooms in this hotel are terribly designed…Besides being incredibly small, there are NO drawers and NO closet, which I have never seen before. I would love to understand the rationale for that! I only stayed for two days, so I had limited items, but I can only imagine how impractical this would prove for longer stays! NOT a fan!!

    I was having issues with the thermostat in my room, I had called the front desk to let them know. When I came down in the morning, the front desk associate said he was not aware that there was an issue and wasn't told by the previous shift there were issues with the thermostat. I never got an update if maintenance ever came by or if the issue was resolved. I just left the thermostat off during my stay. Additionally, I noticed lots of ants crawling in cracks of the wall.

    Came here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend and let me tell you one of the best hotels we’ve been too. Super clean, organized, new, the customer service from Deudley was 10/10 he knew every question we asked he was professional, sweet, caring & seemed to love his job. He deserved a raise as well as the cleaning ladies/staff. Room was spotless breakfast was delicious we had pancakes sausage and the cereal plus bread. I would 100% come back here and also the money we paid for 1 night was worth it.

    It’s a very basic hotel. No coffee/tea in the rooms. No glasses or mugs, they only had disposable cups. Breakfast ends early. Lobby is not impressive. Air conditioning is very loud and not easy to adjust. I guess if you are paying discounted rate, it’s ok but I paid decent money for the room and I was disappointed.
