She described how they strive for excellence and are very strict about how everything looks. We agree with her. We said is this a new hotel and she said it’s been here since 2009. My husband and I couldn’t believe it because it looks so clean and it is. Just like she said the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Thank you Hilton Homewood Suites for caring about our stay!!!

The only negative is their every-other-day housekeeping schedule; which caused us to have to empty our own trash and go to the front desk to request towels. The other thing I noticed (and it may have just been the season) but the pool area was in the shade far too much of the day (probably the fault of the architect tbh)
