Oh, it’s unique all right. A truly avant-garde interpretation of what a Hilton can be when it dares to ask, “But what if… we simply didn’t?” Breakfast during rush hour was less “buffet experience” and more “post-apocalyptic catering experiment.” The trays were so empty they could’ve been part of a modern art installation titled ‘The Concept of Eggs.’ Guests were actually knocking on the kitchen door like Dickensian orphans politely inquiring whether any bacon might be spared. If that doesn’t scream “meticulous planning,” I don’t know what does. When we mentioned this daring new approach to hospitality, reception treated us to a masterclass in condescension. We were informed, with the confidence of someone explaining gravity, that “everything takes 30 minutes.” An intriguing philosophy, particularly during peak breakfast hours when one might foolishly expect… breakfast. Is it aesthetically pleasing? Absolutely. It’s lovely. Very photogenic. One could starve beautifully there. But if you’re the sort of unreasonable person who expects food to be available at breakfast time, or prefers not to be spoken to as though you’ve personally offended the toaster, this may not be your spiritual home. In summary: charming to look at, fascinating as a social experiment, less impressive as a functioning hotel.

The rep at counter was bery nice, however i picked this hotem over others because it advertised it had a hot tub. Very theraputic for my hip. No hot tub and just a cold outside pool.

Always stay here when in Vero Beach. They were accommodating when I needed to add a night to my stay.

As a Diamond member, I would expect to be treated better than this establishment did. The rooms are great like most Hamptons and there is several restaurants and a gas station nearby with a Walmart. On several occasions including what I think was management and also housekeepers were just rude. I stay in Hamptons all the time and this was not the same experience. I WON'T be back and no heart for you.

Diamond member checking in: The hotel is conveniently located, in excellent overall condition with what appears to be a recent renovation, and the staff is friendly. Plenty of parking. Digital key worked as designed, which isn't always the case with Hilton, so that was nice. A 10% off coupon for Texas Roadhouse (which is across the street) was included with my physical key. An individual outside by the side door was smoking weed as I walked in. Breakfast is underwhelming: yogurt stays out unrefrigerated (the chiller plate did not help to keep them cold either), eggs are over done. My room exhibited a sewage smell in the shower. Since I had a short stay, I was able to overlook this. When I attempted to make a simple change/modification to my reservation, the staff was not willing to assist. Unfortunately, that was a big deal for me, and my review/rating reflects this. I hope they're willing to better assist their most loyal guests in the future.
