After we complained, we were given another room which was better but the door had issues getting stuck frequently. The beds are very small. The rooms need upgrade.The breakfast was terrible, to the point that we decided to have breakfast somewhere else on the following days. The service was not good, the employees did not provide a pleasant atmosphere with poor attitude. The only good thing we saw from this hotel was it's location. There are nice restaurants nearby and easy access from the road. We are disappointed with this Holiday Inn.

- JKJohn KeddisNov 1, 20251.0Avoid at all cost! Worse than sleeping on the street, more like trying to sleep in a dumpster. The entire place reeked: a heavy, moldy odor layered with weed everywhere. In my room, the carpet was soaking wet, tried to call front desk multiple times, when they finally answered they said they’d send maintenance. Maintenance showed up and told me it’s always been like this and there was nothing they could do. Back at reception, I was told the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t move me. I spent hours stuck in that loop. With an important exam looming, I checked online and saw multiple room types available. I booked another room. The second room was just as bad: the same dumpster-like stench, an AC that didn’t work, sticky carpets, and an iron with melted plastic fused to the plate. Staff were rude the entire time. unacceptable from start to finish!!
