  We stayed a few nights, The hotel is in a very good location and there is plenty of parking. Que room was clean, but the smell of Lysol was so strong that it was impossible to stay inside, we had to get an air purifier to try make it better. It was a bit sketchy during the night, a few people outside the second reception smoking green and drinking (other guests). Other than that it was fine.

  This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Plantation visiting family I just read booked some more rooms with the help and Nicole at the front desk very nice Charming young lady who helped me make sure all my reservations were set for the month of June I'll be calling back to speak with her again to book my next round of trips in September if you need a great place to stay in Plantation Sunrise area give them a shot you'll be happy with the service the food and the Ambiance of the hotel it it's nestled on the corner of Sunrise and University you can't miss it it's right across the street from Cava restaurant enjoy your stay

  Very bad service starting at the front desk where I came in at 3am with a reservation after not sleeping for 2 days and didn’t let me check in because I came late of the time from what I booked my room The person at the front desk didn’t want to talk to me regarding a refund or anything just ignored and locked the door and walked away from me Last time booking with Holiday Inn

  How many of us have not received our funds that are due to us let's coordinate a class action lawsuit and take this company down piece by piece brick by brick. Has anyone spoken to a manager yet???The incompetence is unreal. IHG as a brand is just as dumbfounded as the individual owners. You would think they would protect the corporate name. That customers are what and who keep us in buisness and relevant. Logical right? Noooooo!!!!!!When we get finished we will own the hotel and fire staff and management and show them how things should be conducted. At this point it's theft. Who's in?

  Update to Update. Never will i ever come here or use Holoday Inn Express again. These people are crooks they willa double charge you for nights especially if you book on one card and you use another. 2 nights double charged Update 2/18: i dropped another star: BLUF, if your a sports team in for a tournament do not stay here for any of the stay to play sports events. Also Beware, please look at your bill before leaving, this place has charged other people our sports team for extra nights. The cost per night was $225, thats what we were forced to pay to play in tournament. Now these parents are having an awful time with getting refund. Ask your sports team to find another hotel, do not stay at this place. Not worth $225/night. Original review: After my stay from 2/12-2/17 First off, what a disappointment for the price. The name is misleading, they need to drop the suites because this room is no suite. We are here for a hockey tournament, and we are expected to live in this room for 4 days? I will attach photos but the refrigerator is the size of a small safe, the microwave is a $65 dollar Walmart special. The phone does not work, parking is chaotic and scattered all around. The humidity in the rooms make the beds feel wet. I wish I could leave and go to another hotel but we are captives to the hockey tournament's stay/pay to play. We are all the way down here from just south of the Mason-Dixon line and after a long flight this was definitely not a welcome sight. I am devastated with what we are staying in and out 1.25k for 5 nights is horrible epecially during the off season. The only bright spot was the guy at the front desk who was pleasant but overwhelmed with the number of people checking in at 00:05. I hope my employer doesn't ever force me to select this hotel for official travel to this area especially if i have to spend more than two nights. Thankfully, there are no military bases around here.
