Shower was warm, not hot.
Hall door to the room’s ‘stick’, making a loud noise when pushing shut. Heard next door in the middle of the night, and ours did too.
Noise from interstate on ramp is very close.
Staff was friendly.

As a Hilton Diamond member who has stayed at over 300 Hilton properties in recent years, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
The hotel website advertises free parking, which I reasonably assumed would be similar to most Hilton properties I’ve visited. However, when I arrived around 1:30am, I was told parking was extremely limited. I had a small trailer attached to my vehicle and simply needed a place to park for about six hours so we could get some sleep.
I asked the front desk associate if there was any possible solution — even temporarily parking near the front of the building. I was told, with a noticeable lack of courtesy, that I should try the grocery store or gas station down the street. When I asked if calling ahead would have allowed me to reserve a spot, she said no. So even planning ahead would not have changed the situation.
I then spent about 20 minutes in the middle of the night driving to nearby businesses, all of which were clearly marked tow-away zones. I returned to the desk, explained that there were no legal options nearby, and again politely asked if I could park briefly in front. I was told my vehicle would be towed.
Eventually, I found a tight space in the back lot and parked there, fully expecting I might still be towed. I even considered sleeping in my car to keep an eye on it. When my brother asked about getting a refund so we could go to another Hilton with adequate parking, the associate said she couldn’t guarantee anything. Only then did she say I could park where I had just squeezed in — information that would have saved nearly an hour of stress and driving around at 1:30 in the morning.
Beyond the parking issue, the customer service throughout the interaction was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room itself smelled musty, felt outdated, and did not meet the usual Hilton standard. To make matters worse, my card was double charged.
This stay was incredibly disappointing, especially as a loyal Diamond member. I will not be returning to this property.
