There are hot and fresh cookies upon check-in. 24hr fresh and hot coffee, cocoa, or tea Lobby doors are locked from the outside at 10pm and only able to be opened with a room key or for late check-in, there is a security system like ring doorbell for added security. The pool is very simple, but kept the kiddos active and happy. Lots of restaurants and event venues near by.

- MPMackenzie PughSep 26, 20251.0experience was horrible. one of the managers accused my mom of being a homeless person for getting breakfast and proceeded to ask her for proof of her room key that she was staying here. not only did my mom show them proof but they proceeded to not give any reasoning of their speculation. then when my mom asks why they thought that, the manager threatened my mother that if she said another word she would be trespassed. no ounce of aggression just a simple question of why they would assume that. fast forward to yesterday, the SAME manager sees my mother while she is eating again, calls the police and has her escorted out while they watched her pack her things in her room and watch her drive off the property. whoever the manager was should be fired. (didn’t get a refund either!)
