    Hotel in downtown Perry. Room was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast filled the void. No decent restaurants nearby.

    I stayed at this hotel twice for work, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The front desk staff was very nice and professional, which I do appreciate. However, the cleanliness and room conditions were not acceptable. During my first stay, the bathroom was visibly dirty. The shower floor was so unclean that I had to place a towel down just to be able to use it. On my second stay, I was given a room with a strong mold smell. It was unbearable. I paid for two nights but had to leave after the first night because my allergies would not allow me to stay in that environment. Breakfast was decent, although the pancakes machine was not working and another guest had to fix it. For almost a $199 per night, this is extremely overpriced for the quality provided. I have stayed at hotels near Disney for less, and they were significantly cleaner and better maintained. Unfortunately, for someone traveling alone, this may be one of the safer options in the area, but that should not come at the cost of cleanliness and basic standards.

    Clean nice bedding, also have options of soft and stiff pillows which I really enjoy because I prefer stiffer pillows and others in my group like softer. Hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all provided thru on the wall dispensers. The breakfast is great. The pancake machine is always broke so no waffles or pancakes. Coffee maker has a good brew and also has k cup Keurig in the rooms for those who prefer that instead. I hope this helps.

    Our stay was excellent. Terry at front desk services went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Room was clean and updated, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was the usual good Holiday Inn start to our day. Will definitely stay here again!
