  Clean nice bedding, also have options of soft and stiff pillows which I really enjoy because I prefer stiffer pillows and others in my group like softer. Hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all provided thru on the wall dispensers. The breakfast is great. The pancake machine is always broke so no waffles or pancakes. Coffee maker has a good brew and also has k cup Keurig in the rooms for those who prefer that instead. I hope this helps.

  Our stay was excellent. Terry at front desk services went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Room was clean and updated, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was the usual good Holiday Inn start to our day. Will definitely stay here again!

  We stayed one night at this Holiday Inn Express and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. Check-in took 35 minutes because the front desk employee repeatedly told us she was “the only person working.” While we understand staffing issues happen, this was not handled professionally. The morning of check-in, we called ahead to request a late checkout and were told it would not be a problem. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff member was rude and said she could not honor it because she had “already given out her allowed amount.” The free breakfast was essentially inedible. The omelets were still frozen, black chunks came out of the apple juice dispenser, the sausage looked extremely old, the pancake machine was out of order, trash was overflowing, and tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. In our room, none of the outlets by the bed worked, the carpet was torn around the AC unit, and worst of all, we had NO hot water—both the night we arrived and again in the morning (we checked at different times in case of high usage). We also only had two towels for a room booked for four people and had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk to receive two more. Overall, this stay was frustrating and disappointing. We expected much better from a Holiday Inn Express and would not choose this location again unless major improvements are made.
