- MLMolly LarsonDec 30, 20252.0This is the worst hotel I have been to in a while. Our room smelled like a wrestling team all showered in our bathroom after a meet and nothing was disinfected after. I'm sure you all can imagine that smell. I'm not happy that the outdoor pool was not heated. My kids were in the car for 8.5 hours. They had no way of getting their extra energy out. Even if they had been able to go out and swim they have the pool exit set up as an exit only. You can't use your card to get in that door. I used the fitness center to get some of my own energy out. The treadmill was broken. The water machine was broken and the clock was stuck at 4:something. Who knows when they changed the batteries last. I feel like Holiday inn used to be the standard when I was a kid for great hotels to stay at. We paid way too much money to stay here considering all the inconveniences. Will not be staying here again and would NOT recommend it to anybody else passing through. I can say the only thing that was good was how friendly the breakfast attendant was in the morning. The breakfast itself was filling. Coffee was good as well.

My second biggest deception is the lady at breakfast, She could not have made more noise banging everything, you could tell she hates her job. FYI, the faucet in the shower of room 612 is coming off the wall
