  India was an absolute joy, so warm, thoughtful and attentive from the moment we met her at breakfast. Each breakfast was fresh, delicious and prepared with extra love . She has a special way of making guests feel seen and welcomed, which made every morning even better. We are so grateful for the hospitality, kindness and genuine care shown to us.

  Our favorite part of this location was breakfast with Frances and her entire kitchen staff. Frances went above and beyond to make us feel at home, greeted us with a smile and so much warmth and made sure our breakfast experience was wonderful. Her and her entire kitchen team was AMAZING AND KIND. We travel all around the world as a business and we have varies experiences at hotels and resort. This Holiday Inn by far was the best experience. The kindest and most accommodating staff. Thank you and we will be back.

  Stay away unless you are alone.. Recently I visited this hotel arriving approximately 11pm. A couple relatives (mother, daughter and granddaughter) came by to see me for a couple since I was leaving morning after an appointment to head back home (out of town). We were talking didn’t even have the tv on. I received a call stating it supposed to be one person in the room they were calling the sheriff. I’m said okay because it they weren’t staying they actually were about to leave. The sheriff arrived as they were leaving and told me I was told to leave by the owner which was a total lie. Well, I ended up getting put in jail for trespassing. I definitely do not recommend this hotel if you have kids or others with you.

  I was in Pensacola for work for 2 weeks. My experience here was very pleasant. The rooms are nice, the restaurant and bar all provided great service. I would like to give a special Thanks to Louraes at the front desk for accommodating all of my requests. She is very pleasant and professional. I would also like to give a special thanks to Rose that maintains the breakfast area. She went above and beyond to make my breakfast experience Fulfilling to start my day. Last by not least, A special thanks to all staff (house keepers, cooks, maintenance, attendants, bartenders and front desk) for making this business trip a home away from home. Definitely will be my go to hotel for when I'm in town. Great Job Ladies and Gents 👍👍

  Not a bad hotel, but seems as if staff is uneducated on what they offer and do not offer. Called to confirm my room the day of arrival, asked to schedule a shuttle, they said ok and scheduled it. Then when I arrived they told me they don’t offer shuttle service. Walked out the door the next day to get in the Uber I ordered, there was a shuttle parked out front picking up other hotel guests. Then, when I checked in I was told they have free breakfast. Went downstairs, it’s not free. None of this was a big deal, but came off pretty unprofessional and uneducated. They may need to go over these things with their employees, kind of just felt like nobody there knew what was going on. Room was clean and nice.
