- BHBill HarrisApr 11, 20265.0My wife and I just had a terrific two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express. From the check-in, to the breakfast, to room, everything was wonderful. Many reviews here were very negative, but we found things to be excellent. Many thanks to the desk staff who gracefully changed us to a handicap accessible room. We had a service issue with a bathroom handle. It was repaired the same day.

- MCMonica ChristmasFeb 17, 20261.0The room itself was standard. I booked a king suite and actually got a suite with two queen beds, but didn't really care at that point. Woke up to pack my car and found that my car had been broken into. Which is not the hotels fault - but they did absolutely nothing after the fact. The manager was 30 minutes late for work, and never called me. Someone from the hotel called to tell me they found some of my belongings and told me they would have to charge me to ship them to me. Not so much as apology or a call back. Additionally - they do not have security cameras on their parking lot. So would not consider this a safe place to stay, and the management is uninvolved to put it nicely. Would give a 0/5 if I could strictly based on the management.
