  I usually love IHG hotels but this experience was terrible. First day we had only 3 towels in room so I asked housekeeping for more and was told they were out but would bring some when they cleaned them. Get back to room at 8 pm and no towels. So we have to call front desk to get some. Next day kids and I are at pool and someone is smoking weed outside, report it to desk and they say that it’s allowed in smoking area I also mention no one has been in room to empty trash or replace toilet paper. Day 3 get back to room in evening still no housekeeping son goes to bathroom and calls me cause he has no toilet paper so I have to go downstairs to front desk. Absolutely worse stay at Holiday Inn

  Jo the front desk gal was fantastic. She gave us a recommendation for Mexican food down the steeet. She was super kind and friendly. Great customer service. Our room was very nice and comfy bed. All was very clean. This was our 2nd stay and we will be coming here in a week on the way back. Thanknyou Jo. We need more of you around. Lisa and Dale

  We primarily stay in Holiday Inn hotels. This visit was disappointing. When we entered our room it smelled really musty. It seemed to dissipate after a day or so of running the air conditioning at least. The bigger disappointment was that we needed to do laundry one evening. The front desk didn’t have quarters. We went to places nearby looking with no luck. We went to the laundromat nearby early the next morning and learned that we could only get quarters there if we used their laundry facilities. Unfortunately we paid much more to do laundry than we would have if we had done it at the hotel. Why have washers and dryers but not be able to supply the guests with quarters to use them.

  I have to make deliveries sometimes in my Business and I started using IHG Hotels couple years ago. I usually book my rooms thru the IHG App and build my points up for Free Night. Today I had to call in and Jo assisted me at the Pensacola Location. I could not have asked to have been treated any better. Thank you so much Jo, you made me feel really special.
