  My stay here was going pretty well until 11/22/2025 I've been here no problems at all. So one night I came out my room and I see a guy standing in one spot with a blue shirt bald and 6'2 so he is weirdly eyeing me so I asked him " are you ok"? He replied yes So ok I kept scrolling on my phone So then I come out to go get something to eat come back stop by the desk to get me a drink everything went perfectly fine DELL is at the DESK. So I guess the front desk lady LAURA had some anger because one of my managers called going "off on her" but I'm not my manager that had NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. So every morning I come down she's being rude giving attitude I looked over it because I don't care she look like she's having a rough days anyway. So I let her be Tonight! After miss Laura finished I hear her and DELL sharing false information. So I kindly went back up to the desk and said NO that's not what happened remember IM A GUEST YOU ARE ON A CLOCK I CAN HEAR U WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HILTON. DELL shouldn't be working for ANYBODY HOW AGGRESSIVE AND ANGRY HE WAS I HAVE VIDEOS I WISH I CAN UPLOAD. So they proceed to call the manager lie saying all kinds of things when I never had a problem throughout my stay. So I said what's ur name bc I'll be working here as well just being friendly Dell immediately said "NO IM GONNA MAKE SURE OF THAT YOU ARE NOT" LOL SO THE HOTEL IS SURROUNDED WITH CAMERAS AND IM DOING A HILTON REPORT AS WELL SO HES BRAGGING I KNOW THE MANGER VERY WELL AND IM MAKING SURE U DONT GET IN ?? Guy is very miserable very weird so I'm standing there recording all of this what he is saying Ms Laura was not saying too much but she was not the best as well!!!! She can't handle things under pressure I can see how she let Dell run the show. So I asked Mr Dell. Could I speak with the manager He ran into the room slammed the door on me SO HARD I HAVE A BRUISE ON MY ARM IM SHOUTING MY ARM HE STILL DIDNT LET THE DOOR GO I WOULDNT STAY HERE AT ALL WITH DELL WORKING. DID A HILTON REPORT AND THEY WILL BE INVESTIGATING. You do not treat a customer that way that was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DELL IS BRAGGING THAT HE KNOW THE MANAGER VERY WELL. Well I have news for you Mr. Dell at ur grown age and as a man you shouldn't work for anyone for how rudely and aggressive you are the man slammed the door so hard in my face and closed my hand in the door! Upload that video to Hilton then he took a picture of my hand why would I close my arm IN A DOOR? That's not very smart Mr. Dell Video footage of Laura holding my phone while my dad was on the phone and I'm repeatedly saying to her "Give me my phone please " that's my father you don't even know him ma'am my father is a witness. DELL. I'll contact higher up and corporate and show all the videos and footage of you . Thank you ☺️

  Hotel is located in a sketchy area. Be very careful. The parking lot has many signs stating "USER ASSUMES ALL RISK". I have never been in such a noisy elevator. You'd think a hotel would want an efficient quiet elevator. Nope, it's the most loud and obnoxious I've ever heard. Lots of weird air sounds. The room we had smelled like dirty socks and one window was completely cracked. I told the lady at the desk about the window. She had an attitude, was annoyed, and just said sorry. I do not recommend this hotel.

  Stayed 1 night on November 16, 2025. Next morning my wife saw a bedbug crawling across bathroom floor. No evidence of anymore in actual bed. Took bug to front desk in plastic bag and maintenance personnel confirmed. We canceled our reservation when going home on November 21st because of this. Need to have more than 1 luggage cart available. Recommend staggering, if possible, guest rooms. We had very loud guests above and next to us. Breakfast was very good and well maintained. Thank-you.

  I stayed here for several days while my campervan was being repaired. Check your room before moving things in- floors are FILTHY. While most of the staff were unfortunately borderline unpleasant to interact with here, one lovely person was SO considerate and genuinely sweet every single time I saw her at breakfast. Ms. Sherrell, thank you for shining above and beyond- You set a higher standard for everyone present, and your glowing warmth for everyone around is a beacon of kindness. You made a rough stay better! Thank you so much. 🙏

  Nice, clean comfortable room and new property. Lots of restaurants around, right off the highway. Unlike most Hilton properties, the front desk employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Two different times during my 3 day stay I had interactions where I was cut off mid/sentence just trying to ask a simple question with ”I have no control over that” which she seems to enjoy repeating over and over with a nasty tone. She didn’t even wait to find out my entire question. There’s definitely an opportunity for additional customer service training. I’ll choose a different hotel when I’m back in Pensacola next month.
