Pros: close to the airport, bright and clean, lots or restaurants within a short drive Cons: staff seemed disinterested in their jobs, we were not offered water at check-in as in other Hilton hotels we have stayed in; rooms were noisy - we were able to hear people talking next door and people walking in the room above us. For what we needed the room for it was OK but I would not be in a rush to recommend this hotel.

Our heat was going from blowing warm air to freezing cold air resulting in my baby getting a cough. We spoke to the front desk and he gave me the supervisors email. After being ignored on email I called and they told me they ‘tested’ the room out and there’s nothing wrong with it so they would not give a refund.
