- KKKim Kim4 days ago5.0This is great valuable hotel to stay with family/friends trip or business trip. I like their rooms are wood floor not a old smelly carpet. Front desk people are friendly and very cozy , welcoming and charming environment. Room is a quite small but has everything needs and clean. Have a-free decent breakfast too.

The lobby has a lot of seating with tables and conversation areas. That’s a huge selling point for me since I don’t always want to work in my room. It also comes in handy when my wife is with me and she’s sleeping. There’s also a lot of seating for breakfast, which is well above average for this class of hotel. The staff keep the area clean and well-stocked with food during breakfast hours. The hotel staff are always friendly and ready to help. I travel a lot so I know the staff can make or break a hotel stay. There are a lot of hotels in Pensacola to choose from; you won’t go wrong here.

It would be nice if the room had a microwave, but there is one in the lobby that guests can use. Free cookies every evening. There is a pool table by the bar and a fire pit outside with lots of seating. Great location, a mile from a large mall, lots of restaurants nearby, grocery store next door, and a movie theater behind the hotel. It’s also across the street from a hospital, so it’s a convenient location for anyone that needs access to the hospital for services or to visit loved ones.
- SWShelby WardOct 24, 20254.0Room was comfortable and clean - amenities were clean and nice to have - I loved the cleaning , breakfast, and lobby employees BUT if I could give a negative review to one person it would be the bartender. We had an extended stay but left the next day over the encounter with her. The GM took my concerns with understanding- and I hope no one else has to deal with that one particular employees’ unprofessionalism.
