    We reserved online and the room did not note having a loft, only a separate bedroom, compared to a second option with a clearly noted loft. Upon checking in it was stated that all two king rooms have a loft, which is extremely unsafe for anyone with toddlers as the bed is level with the loft railing. After examining the photos closer they deceptively took the photos to hide the fact the room had a loft and left it off the description. The final nail that made us leave was the room reeking of weed smoke. Reply to response by company: first, my eyes saw the stairs and loft. Second, the front desk clerk stated multiple times very clearly that the only 2 king bed rooms they have are lofts. The only difference he stated in the two types was one had an open floor plan for the first level while the second had a separate bedroom on the first floor. Third, in the photos of the room without a loft you can see in the corners the stairs. It seems the photos were purposefully selected to hide the stairs. Based on the response this confirms to me that the booking site is purposefully deceptive.

    The room was great. However, the bed made a noise that sounded like a coin tumbling in a dryer every time we moved. The location isn't bad, but the hotel's surroundings make it feel sketchy. There is barely enough parking.
