  Hotel was nice and rooms are roomy and clean. No issues with parking or service.

  I stayed there for two days for a mini vacay which was fine but i wasnt notified about the deposit being taken out after i booked the room. I was informed my deposit would be sent back as soon as i checked out. Followed all the rules was barely at my room was mostly on the beach and when i checked out my deposit still wasnt sent back. I called them 3 days straight and they gave me tons of excuses saying its my bank the reason why i didn't get it only to find out they wont be sending it back because the room smelled like smoke . I cannot smoke i have lung cancer i asked to speak with the manager and i was hung up on immediately. 10/10 dont recommend booking with best western or sure stay !

  Edited to add: since the owner has no accountability for his staff stealing and wants to call out my extra night of stay. Why yes, after cleaning my own sheets, towels and room for 2 days, what was one more? Did I think k you'd steal from my Dad then lie about it? No. I over looked the drug trafficking and dirty rooms to tried to make the best of my stay. I'm sorry you are not professional enough to remedy the situation. Thanks for continuously hanging up on us. ** A terrible representation of Best Western Hotels. We stayed 4 nights and had 3 rooms. Each room had major dust, debri and dirt under each sofa. Stains on towels. Disappointing and disgusting. We had an issue of accidently leaving a very expensive Harley jacket in the room and cargo bag. When we called the hotel immediately the staff was too busy to look. We then called again 3 hours later with still no one having checked our room. We sent our friend to pick up the items 5 hours later and yet the items were still not found. We know for a fact it was left behind. It's sad they can't be honest and return our items. Location is convenient for peddlers. On two separate nights we observed a man on a bicycle approaching other cars. One night he and a gentleman started exchanging zip lock bags for cash out in the open in the pool area. One rode off in a car, the other on his bicycle. That's about when we decided it was time to find a new hotel.
