    I’m leaving this review to document a clear service failure and misrepresentation, not to seek a generic apology. I called the front desk in advance to book connected rooms and received verbal confirmation multiple times that connected rooms were available. I also called again before arrival and was told the same thing. These confirmations directly influenced my decision to stay at this property. Upon arrival late at night, the front desk staff stated he would open the connecting doors. He did not. Once inside the rooms, it was clear they were not connected. When questioned, the staff member did not investigate or offer solutions and instead shifted responsibility by saying “maybe the person who booked it thought it was connected.” What followed was over an hour of waiting with no resolution. The staff member remained at the desk, did not come upstairs to verify the rooms, and did not take any ownership of the issue. A rollaway bed was briefly mentioned and then withdrawn, and requests for basic alternatives (including moving beds) were refused. One of the rooms also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite clear signage stating the floor was non-smoking. This concern was communicated immediately, yet no corrective action was taken. The following morning, I spoke with a manager who stated the General Manager would contact me on Monday. Monday has passed, and no follow-up of any kind has occurred. These are verifiable facts: • Connected rooms were verbally confirmed multiple times • The rooms provided were not connected • No practical solution was offered • A non-smoking room smelled of smoke • Management follow-up was promised and not delivered This experience reflects poor training, lack of accountability, and unprofessional front desk conduct. It falls well below the standard expected from Home2 Suites and the Hilton brand. I am sharing this so future guests can make an informed decision.

    My wife had a very difficult time sleeping in the bed in Room 428. She spent most of her nights on the sofa. Room had a strange smell. I don't know if Carpets were needing cleaned. Traffic from interstate was loud. Blinds in Room need repaired. Wet floor in bathroom that had not been used. We like the Hotel very much. It was a poor stay this time.
