Stayed 3 nights in and out. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Location is minutes from Pensacola Airport.

Great desk, bar, and lobby staff. Gotta stay aware of staying in loop with house keeping. You gotta request and follow up. Especially if your staying more than 4 days. I have had to request and report for being skipped over even after requesting room cleaning and reset. But love the staff and team here. That was only hiccup. Area was perfect. Food and mall within 800 meters.

I am staying here at the moment, and I have to say it's disappointing. I've never been steered wrong by sticking with highly rated hotels on sites like expedia & hotels.com, until now. The place does appear recently modernized, and everything looks ok. The staff has been adequate. However, there is an overall sense of disrepair and not really caring about the little amenities that can make a trip more pleasant. For breakfast, for example, the toaster is broken. That happens. Today I figured I'd have a waffle. Today is the day before Christmas, and we were warned that breakfast would be closing early at 9:00 today and tomorrow. I came down at 8:40. There were several disappointed people looking forlorn because there was no waffle batter or pancake batter. The staff said that was because they were closing in 20 minutes. So, the choices were: bacon, potatoes, eggs (none of which I'm able to eat), lukewarm watery oatmeal (which I had yesterday), or untoasted toast :( In addition, the ice machine on my floor is broken, the bathroom door in my room takes three burly humans to open and close (it's a poorly fitted pocket door), and the sink faucet is too big for the hole it's in and uncaulked. Generally, an overall sense of lack of attention to details and upkeep to the degree a property of this high end of mid-tier should have. Normally, I'd have just spoken with someone at the desk rather than leaving a review, but there would have to be someone at the desk for me to do that. Not what I was hoping for on one of the few trips away from home I get to take every year. Likely, there is pressure on the property to keep things minimally staffed and not to waste a few cups of waffle batter. That is, the staff may be doing their best. But, I'm bummed I'm staying here because it's just annoying to keep running into these little disappointments.

Desde el primer momento supimos que habíamos elegido el lugar perfecto. La suite era amplísima, impecable y con un diseño que realmente da sensación de hogar. Todo estaba tan limpio y organizado que daba gusto entrar; la cama era comodísima, las almohadas suaves y la kitchenette venía equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar sin inconvenientes. Se agradece mucho cuando un hotel piensa en los detalles, y aquí se nota.
El personal de recepción fue increíblemente amable, siempre con una sonrisa y con total disposición para ayudar. Incluso nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de la hora oficial, algo que valoramos muchísimo después de un viaje largo. Housekeeping también fue un encanto: atentos, respetuosos y dispuestos a facilitar toallas, amenities o cualquier cosa extra que necesitáramos.
El desayuno fue otro punto fuerte. Había una excelente variedad de opciones calientes y frías, todo fresco, bien presentado y con un personal que mantenía el área limpia y abastecida en todo momento. Además, tener estación de café y té 24/7 fue un plus que disfrutamos más de una vez. El estacionamiento gratuito es otro detalle que hace la experiencia aún mejor.
La ubicación merece mención aparte. Todo queda cerca: tiendas, restaurantes, gasolineras, supermercados… y lo mejor, la playa a pocos minutos en auto. Nos resultó súper conveniente para movernos sin complicaciones.
En resumen, es un hotel que te hace sentir bienvenido desde que llegas hasta que te vas. Perfecto para descansar, con instalaciones modernas, personal atento y un ambiente que te deja con ganas de volver. Nosotros definitivamente regresaríamos y lo recomendamos con total confianza. Un 10/10 en todos los aspectos.

The staff and hospitality is excellent. However, the constant amenities failures of getting locked out of the building, then locked out of the room (separate occasions) become headaches.
There is a restaurant, a movie theater, and a grocery store all within walking distance.
It would just be nice if the things we paid for were working.
