Theres always been complimentary bottles of water in the room....it sounds petty but you come to expect certain things., especially for what they charge per night. Plus always had cookies popcorn in the lobby....nice welcoming touches are gone. To top it off the shower hasn't been cleaned....there's long black hair on the shower control handle. Id post a pic but this page won't let me. Nasty Somebody's getting stingy. We will look else where next time.

We called the Holiday Inn Express, and Daniel was super kind and got us set up with rooms right away. Throughout our stay, the breakfast crew was just as great, so friendly and welcoming (wish we got their names). Breakfast selection is delicious, hot, and full of nice surprises (there’s a fun pancake machine). Room was clean, bed comfortable, hot shower. We’ll definitely stay at a Holiday Inn Express again after this experience!

Great locations, staff, comfortable beds with great sheets, good breakfast, and we love the new coffee and complimentary cookies. Lots of great exploring downtown and the beach location couldn't be better.
