    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Staff are rude and just ignore you. They have no professionalism at all.

    By far the worst HGI experience I've ever had. Where to start....well, the carpet in my room was so sticky i had to wear shoes or socks the entire time to keep my feet from getting dirty. The 1st and last time i purchased breakfast, it was excessively oiled and undercooked to the point it being inedible and the 2 bites i did have ultimately made me physically ill, if you know what I mean. Then despite all the visual signage in t the room and verbal confirmation from the front desk about housekeeping. I never received housekeeping the entire week i was there and had to repeatedly go to the front desk for towels. To top it off, there was a constant 50/50 chance if there was any hot water during my daily shower after working all day. Needless to say, I'll never stay at this location and I'd recommend any other hilton property in the vicinity over this one. Absolutely terrible.

    I have stayed at this location numerous times within the past year . I have always positive experiences until my recent stay . Staff was not friendly at all or engaging. I called customer service to express my concerns but no from the hotel took the time to give me a call . This was very disappointing.
