    Very clear nice hotel, close to Pensacola airport. My room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again

    Checkin was great. People were polite friendly and helpful. Room rate wasOK. Mattress was comfortable, but pillows were a huge disappointment. Very flat and in direr need of replacement. Shower had good pressure and bathroom was well stocked.

    I would have given it a zero. The only reason I was at the hotel is because all the flights were cancelled on December 7th, 2025 out of Pensacola Airport. The Delta agent told me to call the Hilton, because they usually give distress rate. Well they wont give me a distress rate, the guy was rude. The hotel lobbt was very nice. The room was awful. It was so out dated and not in the best appearance. The furniture was old and scratched up, the bed linen looked so wrinkle, the lighten in the bathroom was so dimmed, the shower had a shower mat ( how gross) and it didn't seems very clean. I was so disappointed and exhausted from being in the airport most of the day. I had to Clorox wipe and Lysol everyhing before I could use it. I didn't get a wink of sleep, i was just waiting for a bug to attack me. The Receptionist Deidre and Shuttle Michael were really nice. The shuttle took me to the Cordova Mall for a meal, I had to wait 15 minute on hold just to ask the receptionist for a pickup. Deidre apologized for the wait, she was so busy, without any help. I want my $148 back this place was disgusting and Delta should never reference anyone to this hotel. The rooms need a total overhaul. Do NOT STAY at this hotel until the rooms are totally renovated.
