    This was one of the most poorly maintained Hilton properties I have experienced. Unfortunately, our interaction with the front desk agent, Jerri, was also disappointing. Her demeanor came across as unprofessional and discourteous, including unnecessary comments made while I was seated in the lobby. Overall, the experience left a negative impression. Moving forward, we plan to stay at the Hilton Downtown during our monthly visits to see my sister.

    The hotel isn't one of the newly remodeled in the Hilton family, but it is not rundown. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. I never walked by an employee without them asking how my day was going. I would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed for a week. The pricing was extremely fair. The room and entire place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful in every way. The onsite bar and restaurant were great to have close. We made good use of the hot tub almost every night. It too was very well maintained. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will stay here again in the future and suggest you give them a try too.

    Very clear nice hotel, close to Pensacola airport. My room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again

    Checkin was great. People were polite friendly and helpful. Room rate wasOK. Mattress was comfortable, but pillows were a huge disappointment. Very flat and in direr need of replacement. Shower had good pressure and bathroom was well stocked.
