  We chose this location because it was close to my mother-in-law's residence. We were moving her to join us in Charleston SC. Although we had several "speed bumps" on this move, Hampton Inn & Suites gave us comfort while away from home. A glowing bright spot was meeting the front desk manager, Felicia! She was extremely helpful and patient with our struggles and went out of her way to help us and listen. Thank you, Felicia!

  Everything was spectacular! Tawanna is my girl and I love coming to see her. She’s very professional every time. Felicia was very professional and she was kind during my stay this time. I’ll be back to see my girls again.

  Been on the road from Dallas to Pensacola. Got in and Felicia at the check-in desk went out of her way to help me get my digital key and while waiting brought me water and snacks. Felicia provided exceptional customer service and it is greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Felicia!

  Location-this is right off the highway and next door to waffel house and cracker barrel so very convenient to jump back on highway. Rooms- for some reason my room had a weird smell when I walked in. The room has a microwave and good size fridge. No Keurig for coffee drinkers but a ground coffee thin packet. The restroom smelled like urine and the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. Luckily I bought cleaning wipes.The restroom shower curtain was dirty and does not have a glass cup to rinse. Shower does have conditioner and shampoo a d body wash dispensers from a brand called 100% zero. The floors were dirty and grout was yellow which might be the urine smell. Only provided a small soap bar and tissue box. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people upstairs above you when they walk. The carpet in room smells. The blankets are thin so bring your own. Good thing is the ac gets super cold. You cannot hear traffic on hwy which is good. Coffee is in packets but they do offer coffee downstairs free but the creamers are sitting out in lobby all day and not in fridge. Yuk!!! Luggage carts are SUPER small so be prepared to haul your stuff in. They look like airport carts. Parking is convenient and lighted at night.
